Sam was amazing! We had our house for sale for nearly two and a half years with a variety of different estate agents and within less than a week with being with Sam and Marcos Harris we sold! The first time we met Sam he brought in new ideas for the main photo and how to market the property and different approach. The photos and video were great and the whole experience had a totally different feel! He always kept in contact with us and we always felt we knew what was happening! I would definitely recommend Sam and Marco Harris for a different and better way to sell your home!

I had a really positive experience working with Sam during my property purchase. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process.

Sam kept me well informed at every stage, explaining things clearly and making sure I understood what was happening. He was always quick to respond to questions and went out of his way to chase updates, which made a huge difference in keeping everything moving smoothly.

I actually didn’t go with them at first and chose a more traditional, well known estate agent instead. Big mistake. The house didn’t sell and we barely had any viewings, which was pretty frustrating.

So I went back to Marco Harris and honestly, I wish i’d done it from the start. Lloyd and the team are super straight talking in the best way and clearly know exactly what they’re doing. Their whole approach just feels more modern. The social media, the video walkthroughs, and the property descriptions are on another level and really show your home at its best.

They suggested a tweak to the pricing to make it more appealing, which I was a bit unsure about at first, but it absolutely worked. I got loads more interest and ended up achieving pretty to my original asking price anyway, so no complaints there.

It wasn’t the smoothest move in the world with a few complications further down the chain, but the team really stepped up when it mattered. They kept everything moving, kept me in the loop the whole time, and were always there to answer my many, many questions without making me feel like a pain!

Big shout out to Lloyd, Amy, and Coren for being so helpful and on it throughout.

All in all, a brilliant experience. If you actually want your house to sell without the stress, these are your people.

We cannot praise Marco Harris enough, especially Sam Mansbridge. He helped us buy our dream home from one of his clients. The selling of our own houses with other agents was traumatic to say the least, however even though we weren’t his clients Sam helped us as much as he could and the level of communication with his vendors and us was fantastic, which helped to alleviate some of the stress from what was a long problematic process (all our end not theirs) He made us feel confident and reassured and we rate him very highly and if we ever sell the house in the future we would 100% trust him to do that for us.

After over a year trying to sell with traditional estate agents, we didn’t have much success. Since switching to Marco Harris, everything changed. Sam Mansbridge was fantastic throughout – professional, knowledgeable, and really on the ball. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, and honestly couldn’t have made it any easier for us.

We highly recommend Sam the bald estate agent, he is excellent! We were initially with another estate agent who failed to sell our property. Sam took over and worked really hard. He is very professional, fantastic at communicating every aspect of the process, particularly the viewers feedback and was always available to discuss any concerns we had. Sam is very driven and wants to get the best for all parties concerned. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made the whole experience very personable. I would absolutely use him in the future and have recommended him to lots of our friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience with Amy. We came across a house on Zoopla and called to book a viewing, only to be told that an offer had just been accepted. We were so disappointed, but I asked Amy to please keep us in mind if anything changed.

True to her word, she contacted us before anyone else and managed to fit us into her busy schedule within just a couple of days. We viewed the property and made an offer on the spot. Amy reassured us she would get a formal offer submitted, and later that same evening, she called to let us know our offer had been accepted!

Throughout the entire process, Amy was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive. She answered all our questions and even liaised with the sellers after completion to help with a few follow-ups we had about the property.

We’re so grateful for her help and genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking to buy, definitely ask for Amy!

We had a great experience having Sam as our Estate Agent for our lovely first home! The communication level was the best part with an easy Whatsapp chat between my partner and I with regular updates on how everything was progressing with the sellers. He was well informed on the house and actually finding the answers to the questions we had rather than the usual "I'll look into that and let you know".. followed by nothing. Safe to say I'd be happy to use Sam again for selling and buying. Would highly recommend

Sam was honest with me from the start, regarding the marketing strategy. His communication was great throughout especially regarding viewings and feedback. He helped get the sale over the line although it was difficult as the other houses in the chain were all with one agent who wasn’t very effective. Thank you Sam. I’m not planning to move again soon but if I was, I’d use you again.

Amy at Marco Harris is truly like no other estate agent I’ve dealt with in the past. Not only did she arrange an open day and get our house sold within around a week of hitting the market, her communication throughout was second to none, responding to messages at all hours and constantly keeping me in the loop with what was happening.
There were of course a few bumps in the road, as there are with most sales, but Amy continued to relentlessly chase and get them sorted so that we didn’t have to push back our completion date. We’re now in our new house and so happy. Would definitely use again in future when we come to sell. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Sam. After trying several estate agents we became frustrated with not being listened to or understood. Sam came in and was open and honest from the start and was with us all the way through to completion, he kept in regular touch with updates and helped with anything needed in-between. My husband and I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use him again ourselves in the future.

We live in the u s and we had a home in southampton, which we lived in for thirteen years, we took a chance,moved to america with work, and these guys took great care of us.... Clearly not being in the same country makes things difficult, but again, the whole process was made easier as a result of having these guys on board. Really great experience from viewing to settling in/early maintenance, would recommend for the easy and personalble service.

We first encountered Marco harris when one of their properties above my mums had a leak and We couldn't get hold of the tenant. Within minutes the Tennant was contacted a plumber was sent to fix it and Marco harris assigned emma who kept me up-to-date every single step of the way when I asked them to assess damage it had caused in mum's property, they didn't hesitate. The first contractor they sent wasn't quite the right fit, it happens but that didn't bother Emma she said don't worry we will send another and the damage has been fixed and they even checked again that mum was happy with the work. We honestly couldn't have asked for any better from them, I felt like nothing was too much and the reassurance was second to none. Well done to everyone I spoke to within the teams & Emma thank you.

We have very recently moved into our new home, which was sold by Sam Mansbridge from Marco Harris. From the moment we met him, he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other estate agents we met… and we met a fair few in the search for our next home. Unlike most other agents, we instantly trusted him - having caught one or two in a lie from other agencies, this was important to us and helped to rebuild our faith in the process.
