We had an amazing experience selling with Sam. We previously had our house on the market with a traditional estate agent and changed to Marco Harris because the former were not doing a good job. Since the moment we signed on with Sam, it has been an easy, enjoyable experience. Sam was always on hand for any of our queries - the high level of communication that absolutely sets Marco Harris apart from other estate agents. We would strongly recommend Sam to anyone! We first encountered Marco harris when one of their properties above my mums had a leak and We couldn't get hold of the tenant. Within minutes the Tennant was contacted a plumber was sent to fix it and Marco harris assigned emma who kept me up-to-date every single step of the way when I asked them to assess damage it had caused in mum's property, they didn't hesitate. The first contractor they sent wasn't quite the right fit, it happens but that didn't bother Emma she said don't worry we will send another and the damage has been fixed and they even checked again that mum was happy with the work. We honestly couldn't have asked for any better from them, I felt like nothing was too much and the reassurance was second to none. Well done to everyone I spoke to within the teams & Emma thank you.

We have very recently moved into our new home, which was sold by Sam Mansbridge from Marco Harris. From the moment we met him, he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other estate agents we met… and we met a fair few in the search for our next home. Unlike most other agents, we instantly trusted him - having caught one or two in a lie from other agencies, this was important to us and helped to rebuild our faith in the process.

Throughout the entire purchase of our (now) home, Sam would ensure he kept us updated. We always knew what was going on and we were incredibly thankful for that. He is absolutely someone you would want working for you when selling something as important as your home, and if we are ever to move again, we will be going straight to Sam.

Their marketing is second to none, and their videos and photos outshine all others I’ve seen on the market. It’s on another level.

We met with a few estate agents before choosing Sam. It was clear from the start that Marco Harris is revitalising and modernising the property market. Their marketing and experience are another level. Sam is communicative, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly hard working. I found Coren and Lloyd at Marco Harris to be excellent, providing a polite, friendly and professional service from the initial marketing appraisal of the property, to finding a buyer and negotiating a sale. The conveyancing process in this particular deal proved challenging due a very uncommunicative purchaser's Solicitor but which didn't faze Coren and who greatly helped in finally getting the sale to exchange contracts. I know from having previously been an Estate Agent for over twenty years, this was not an easy one to manage.

Amy was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional and really helped us get it over the line. From the video to the viewings and the sale could not fault her or the rest of the Marco Harris team. Would highly recommend them and I already have to friends and family.

Lloyd and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Our sale wasn’t that straightforward as we had two buyers drop out, but the team managed to sell our house within three weeks of it going on the market each time, in what is currently quite a slow market. Throughout, they talked us through our options and gave sound advice, and kept us up to date via a group WhatsApp. I originally chose them because they weren’t your typical salesy estate agents and they didn’t disappoint - they were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative without being pushy and I would highly recommend them.

The back and forth between us and the agent was constant updating us on any developments straight away including outside of business hours, these guys were working hard non stop for us. Pushing are buyer and their solicitor every step of the way!

We have only recently completed our purchase through Marco Harris. Sam was the person that had supported us throughout the whole process.
