I received excellent care from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. I travelled to Turkey in February for an eyelid procedure and would highly recommend Cankaya Medical Centre.

I had done my research beforehand and was still very nervous, but the moment I arrived, I felt completely reassured. The clinic was extremely professional, and the staff, surgeon, and Jon were all excellent.

I’m so pleased with my experience that I’m already planning to return for dental treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Wowzers, I had upper eyelid surgery in November, and was so pleased with my experience. But after my eyes looking so good, I was disappointed with my teeth. So why I was there, I asked John(Can) about the teeth procedure. I had a XRay and Can gave me a price.
So January my husband and myself went back to the clinic, for our teeth.
What a 5* experience from start to finish. We went Monday, and had our final teeth fitted on the Friday, you get temporary ones to wear in the meantime.
I would 100% recommend this clinic.
I now have my smile back, and lovely eyes too.
Thanks to the wonderful team, and John(Can) who bends over backwards for your needs and queries. And is a top guy.

After deciding on Cankaya Medical Centre for Upper Blephaplasty, the information and care was so good. John, Dr Furkan and his team were very professional and informative, even with me asking lots of questions!
I'm on day 4 now, with no pain, and can already see the fantastic results. I'd definitely recommend Cankaya for a trip to Turkey.

My experience with Cankaya Medical Centre was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I had upper eyelids and brow lift procedure performed by Dr Furkan, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of the procedure, and ensured I understood the expected outcomes. Absolutely amazing people and medical practice, very professional and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease , spoke me through my procedure I had blepharoplasty with local anaesthetic , naturally I had a few nerves however they made me feel at ease 100% recommend I’m 1 day post and I’m not swollen nor bruised very happy 😃

From the very beginning, everything was seamless and incredibly well organised. I was met at the airport, taken straight to the hospital, and guided through every step of the process with such calm and professionalism. Everything was efficient, smooth, and reassuring, which made such a difference.

The doctor was truly exceptional. He listened carefully to all of my questions, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and delivered results that were exactly in line with that, if not beyond. I felt genuinely heard, respected, and cared for. The level of attention and precision went above and beyond my expectations.

What really stood out was the aftercare. They have continued to check in with me, messaging to make sure I’m okay and answering any questions, which made me feel completely supported even after the surgery was done. The small details, like being given a box of chocolates at the end, just show how thoughtful and caring the whole team is.

I honestly cannot thank Cankaya Medical Centre enough. The experience exceeded anything I expected, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering treatment. Truly outstanding care from beginning to end.

I had rhinoplasty done at cantaya last januray, they wer all very nice friendly etc, the hotel I stayed in wasn’t the best but it was only for a week, after the operation I was taken to a room slept for a hour or so, had some food then told i was to get dressed and go back to the hotel, at this stage I was still very drowsy from the anaesthetic, this was a red flag, from the start I felt my nose wasn’t right and can John his English name assured me this was all normal to feel like that, wen the cast came off I still was not happy with the results but was told over the next few months it would all settle down, after a few days I messaged can John and told him I still could not breath again he said this is normal, weeks months etc, still the same this is normal, my nose shape was worse than before I had the operation I sent John pictures he said he showed the Docter and the Docter said this was normal, my nose shape is very bad now and I still can not breath I have told can John this I met with him in Izmir and he said he would sort for me to go see the Docter, I had to return home so never seen the Docter that time but I messaged John again then he blocked me, I have seen a ent specialist and have been told I need rhinoplasty revision and cartilage grafting, I realy wish I never went to cankaya clinic, they wer nice friendly etc, but as soon as I explained there was a problem with my nose I was blocked, my advice save your money and go some wer else, I would not give my experience 1 star, I am booked for correction surgery and am seeking legal advice.

After spending two days in Izmir for both upper and lower eyelid surgery at Cankaya Medical Centre, I am very satisfied with the outcome. The procedure went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. John, the translator, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He not only provided clear communication between myself and the medical staff, but also arranged a complimentary medical check-up when I arrived feeling unwell, which made me feel reassured and well cared for. Dr. Furkan, the surgeon, was very professional and gave me thorough information about the surgery beforehand, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Although my operation was scheduled for the weekend, and I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to meet the team again after the surgery, I am pleased to report that my recovery is progressing well and my wounds are healing perfectly. I am grateful to the whole Cankaya team for their dedication, care, and expertise, which made the experience positive from start to finish.

I would really recommend this hospital. I came for upper and lower blepharoplasty plus brow lift. Unfortunately, I couldn't have lower as they found that I had bronchitis in my lungs. Many other hospitals would have done it anyway, but this hospital put my health first and only did upper bleph and brow lift as it was safer for my health. The aftercare is amazing; they don't stop speaking to you once you have your operation, and they treat you as a person, not just a number. The Surgeon was amazing, he is funny and kind and just knows what you need without you having to explain, and if he thinks there is a better way, he will tell you and explain why.

My results are amazing, I look so much younger and happier, and my confidence has grown.

I would not recommend this company I had upper bleph and conthopexy and left with lower lid retraction and upper bleph wound dehiscence.
Aftercare for me was non existence.
Now waiting on a revision not with this company even though it was offered.
My eyes are a total mess unsymetrical and droopy lower lids.
Never felt so vulnerable in my life.
Other comments on canyka really good that's why I went.
I wish I never heard of the company .
I advise people to be careful and the staff etc really nice to you I must of been a exception cause they do not speak English only the translators .
All I can say is what happened to me .
After my surgery was left to walk to the hotel on my own and have to buy your own creams from chemist.
It was a joke and I am now regretting and paying for it.

All I can say is what a great experience i've had with my co ordinator John an dr furkan, was a very easy an straightforward process right from the start, my co ordinator John has always been very responsive and helped with re organising dates ect, the transfer was there waiting when I landed and hotel is nice and comfortable, everything is very thought through and ive had no problems from start to finish, dr furkan is a lovely surgeon, felt very at ease and the procedure its self was great, although taped up still I can already see the results are going to be great, thank you to dr furkan and especially thank you to the lovely John!

As I was in Izmir having dental treatment I made a last minute decision to have my upper eyelids done. Can was amazing and got me in on a Saturday morning. I was treated very well and Can kept me up to date with what would be happening throughout my time at the clinic. Furkan was my surgeon and explained each step along the way.

I came here this medical center to get my eyelids done. The doctor, Dr Furkan is amazing, he is caring, very professional and really good at his work. The surgery crew, anesthesia doctor and my nurses were perfect, very friendly and they took care of me so good. My translator Tank is also brilliant. I strongly recommend this place.

I didn’t realise that this would be quite an emotional journey for me, but John and Tain both client liaison guys totally look after you with everything. So supportive. From guiding your flights waiting with you to make sure you are ok, every detail. The operation went smoothly and the after care is good. Just need to be patient now in the recovery time. I recently had upper eyelid surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the staff were professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring. I felt well looked after throughout the process, and every question I had was answered clearly.

The clinic was clean and organised, and the surgeon made me feel completely at ease. My results so far are amazing — even during the healing stage I can already see such a difference. The aftercare has also been brilliant, with helpful guidance and quick responses when I needed advice.

I fully recommend this company from start to finish everything was perfect I cannot fault . I am not new to surgery abroad I have had other surgery’s done by a different company and this company was by far the best, I am now looking in to booking with them again for replacement implants next year.
I booked my upperblepharoplasty 3 weeks ago it’s done and I’m back home and happy. Everything went smoothly from the time I got of the plane , communication is 5 star even now I’m home they are still checking up on me. The price is very reasonable, all staff are lovely kind and caring.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and the clinic is less than a 10 minute walk away. I recommend this company to anyone they even gave me a little thank you gift for booking with them which was lovely .
