CANNAAID IS GREAT
Cannaaid has proven to be an exceptional company for all my hemp-related needs, and I have proudly been a loyal customer for over a year now. My experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. Every time I’ve reached out for assistance, I’ve found their customer service to be incredibly responsive and helpful.
Typically, I communicate with their customer service team via email, and I’ve consistently received prompt replies within business hours, which is commendable. Recently, I encountered an issue when a package went missing during transit. Fortunately, my order was protected through Route, and all I had to do was contact their support team. They guided me through the process of filing a claim with Route, and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. Thanks to their prompt assistance, I was able to receive a reshipment quickly.
I genuinely enjoy all of the products offered by Cannaaid, but I have to say, I’m particularly fond of their vapes. The quality and variety they provide truly stand out. It’s also worth mentioning that Cannaaid is a smaller company, which allows them to maintain a personal touch and genuinely value their customers’ needs. I appreciate that if an item is on backorder, they proactively reach out to inform me. Similarly, if there’s ever an issue with my shipping address, they take the initiative to contact me and rectify it.
Overall, my experiences with Cannaaid have consistently been fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of high-quality hemp products and outstanding customer service.

I paid $74 for two cartridges on 1/13/26. Today is 2/10/26 and I have received nothing in the mail. I have left messages for customer support and the sales department after staying on hold for 3 minutes each time. I have been emailing for weeks. Zero response. Don't trust these folks. I wish I hadn't.

SUCKS (I wish)
Literally tells you instructions on how to unclog it for use which doesn’t even work just floods the dang thing (maybe just fix that problem for the consumer) this thing is like sucking a golf ball through a garden hose and all it does is make me cough horribly. More air flow for the love of god. Waste of money.

Never again!!
Couldn't tell you about my purchase because evidently someone must be home to sign for the delivery. No where was this stated when I purchased. Guess what..mail comes at 3 and who the hell is going to make sure they are home every day just in case they decide it time to deliver so I am out $50 I could have used at another vendor that just delivers it like every other one I've used.

How does a company spend four business…
How does a company spend four business days "creating" a lable? This company is super fast to take your money but does not ship. I figured out it was a scam, reported it to the BBB as a scam, called and disputed the charge, got my money refunded through my bank and they still are "creating a lable" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are legit businesses out there that have customer service and will actually ship product to you. This one is not one of them. They just take your money and print stickers.

Will not be a returning customer. Same MO, Quick to print label, super slow to actually ship. Sent message to inquire, cancel order, and move on. Suddenly the excuse was cleared up and ready to send. Scammy, sketchy, shyster feeling all the way.

Terrible do not use
Unable to assist with the most basic issue. Regularly mess up medication. Make "mistakes" and blame it on the customer. Refuses to provide "release letter" to allow me to move to a different company.
Without informing me, my interval of dispensing was lengthened, cannot aid declined to fix the problem despite the issue obviously being caused by them.
DO NOT BUY
I ordered a sample pack from these guys, and from that moment, I had a FLOOD of spam in my inbox unlike anything I have ever seen. I wasn't born yesterday, I know how to operate online and they were the ONLY place I had gone in months. But from that moment its been like playing wack-a-mole. The samples were good so i ordered something else, and they sent me the wrong thing. ok. Sigh. Well I decided to take advantage of a giant sale they were having and tomorrow will be the 5th day where tracking says "shipping label made" without it actually being shipped. Im done with this company. DO better. As someone who has sold online for two decades, I would have long been out of business if I were this lazy.
Shady and unresponsive
The company has zero customer care representatives on the line, their email doesn’t get back to you, the chat functionality on the website is unresponsive and the social media links on their website lead to nothing. The site is shady and I absolutely would never order from here.

I'm going to keep this short and sour. I paid. Label was made the next day. 14 days passed. Item never got picked up. Never replied to 2 messages sent. Can't file a claim if the item hasn't shipped. Used to be a great company a few years ago. Now scammers. Last time doing business with them.
Update: So nearly a few days short of it being a month since I ordered, the package began moving out of nowhere and rapidly to my city. On 8/8, it was supposed to be delivered but guess what, it wasn't. It said delivered to my front porch, but I didn't receive anything and nothing was in the mailbox. I can't say for sure if they did something shady or if the postal service delivered it to the wrong place. I'll wait this day out until midnight. If it shows up, I'll change my review slightly and possibly give them another star. If it doesn't show up, then that will tell you all you need to know.
Update: Package never got delivered to my doorstep nor mailbox. I'd hate to say scam since they've sent me items in the past before but for this particular order, most likely a scam and I only say most likely because of the other 1-star reviews on here and also because there is a possibility it got sent to the wrong house.

Product is good if you can get it. It takes WAY to long to ship then in my case 2/3 of my order never arrived. If you’re willing to wait almost a week for them to ship and hope you get all your order go for it. As for me, never again will I order from this company

I had decided to try the cb9 disposable, and during that time there was the b1g1f so I decided why not, when arrived (very quickly just not shipped over weekend which is okay)
One of the had been faulty, so I reached out to the company and and they immediately sent a return label and said as soon as the package returns they will send another, and so they did, as I returned it. now I'm waiting on usps to do their part. Great customer service. As well as the other one that had not been faulty, it works really well, great quality, great flavor.

I ordered on Thursday April 24th at 9am. They are located in North Carolina and I'm in NJ. It's now April 26th and usps is still waiting on the package... a label was created but usps hasn't received my order. I then ask Cannaid about my order and it says my order doesn't exist 🤦♀️ cannaid took the money on.April 24th at 9am but it's now Saturday the 26th and hasn't been delivered to usps to ship to me! Crazy and customer service won't answer my emails!
*Update it's Monday morning 10:30 EST and I got ahold of customer service and they rectified and made up for the late delivery.. I'll definitely order again. Ty @Cannaid! I didn't know they didn't work on weekends so it's been fixed and I am satisfied.
Lab Reports from 2022?
I had been using CannaAid Delta Eight soft gels for a few months with no problem. Last week I had a bad reaction. Woke up "speeding" and short of breath a couple of hour after taking the soft gel and was up all night. I wasn't sure it was the CannaAid product, so I stopped it for a night and had no problem. Then took it the next night with the same bad reaction. I scanned the QR Code to see the lab results and it took me to a readout from 2022. I have a couple of more bottles, but the QR Code took me to the same lab report. No response from customer service. Now I have to throw away my remaining CannaAid soft gels.
