Order says shipped, with tracking number, but tracking status still just says shipping label created weeks later. Have tried calling, unable to get person on phone. Left voice mails, no response. Have emailed, no response. Have filled out form online to be contacted, no response. Company quickly took my money, have no product to show for it and no way to contact Company and actually get a response. Seems like a complete scam to me! I guess my only option left is to contact bank and claim as fraudulent charge. Completely unsatisfied!

My last order of 3 vape pens were delivered on Monday. Fast shipping, solid product. I love these vape pens, will buy again from them.

I like the products I have ordered, what I don't like is the fact I have called customer service 3 times and sent 2 emails and still no response. My most recent order I placed did not have the free item in the order but still has the advertisement on their website, also it could be a coincidence but after after 2 different orders using different payment methods both payment methods had a fraud charge on them within a week of my orders. So that and the fact that they won't call me back or even answer an email makes me more suspicious. Customer service can make or break a business. Do better!!!

I never received my order. I got an email saying the shipping label was printed, but it never actually shipped. I emailed the Cannaaid team 4 times and called and left them a voicemail and never received any response. I'm pursuing a chargeback through my credit card to obtain a refund. No idea what's going on at this place but I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I absolutely love the CannaAid gold label reserve vapes. The first time I bought the Kandyland, and I loved it (tasted just like cotton candy) so my next order was one Kandyland and one Gelato disposable. My only complaint is that this Kandyland vape tastes like banana, not like the original. I'm wondering if I received the wrong product in the correct packaging, but I haven't received a response from their customer service yet. Maybe they'll respond soon...?
