Terrible company, avoid….
had a van converted by cannon a few years ago, 2014. Initial impressions very good. However, fast forward to the present, and it seems we didn't get what we asked and paid for. Supposed to be leather seats throughout. What we got was fake leather. Which started to degrade badly. Started a while back, just after we had a pop top fitted by them, which they fitted incomplete and had to go back for adjustment, and missing carpet which they sent to me to do myself. Originally contacted cannon who basically suggested I go to a seat repairer that they used in 2014. Also the cabinet laminate is coming off from the frame in whole sheets. Its had no knocks or damage but looks like the adhesion has failed completely. Should this happen? I don't think so. Its past the time of recourse legally with trading standards sadly. So I'm left with a very sour taste in my mouth, and hefty repair bill. My advice, stear well clear of them. One star is too good.
