I had a slight issue with a Cannon product I had purchased off of Amazon and so I reached out to Cannon. The gentlemen asked me the steps I had tried and asked me to troubleshoot further before just replacing the item entirely. This all happened within 2 days and I had a tracking number for the replacement. This just added to my appreciation for this company. A small business, US based and have been focused on sports only for decades. With that kind of experience, and customer service I think everyone in the sporting community should know about them! I also looked over their site and they have been a Gatorade partner for nearly 3 decades helping to supply those notorious Gatorade coolers to field and stadiums nationwide!
