Never received my order

Fraud, fraud, fraud! I was skeptical to order from this company, guess what? I was right. I ordered the "Light brown" eyebrow cream, took awhile to arrive. Opened up the little box labeled "light brown" eyebrow cream and it was BLACK. The package it came in had no information regarding returns. Found the Planet Shopper email and sent them an email explaining the issue. They responded and asked me to email then a photo of the product I recv'd, so I promptly did and it's very clear it was color black. Have not had ANY response back and so I sent another email and also there is no phone number. Again, nothing. Then I looked on BBB and saw all the horrible reviews. So many similar issues. Will be alot more careful on where I order products. This was an ad on Instagram by the way .

Purchased eyebrow liner comb. Took a month to arrive. Arrived damaged. Color of brow pomade doesn’t match my hair color asked for refund. Orig email had pics of damaged goods. Followed up with two more emails before a response asking me to send pictures. Resent email with pictures days go by no response. Send 5th email get response next day asking for more pictures and pic of wrong color pomade sent to me. 6th email explain pomade doesn’t match my hair color and items damaged. Send orig pictures and 8 more detailed pictures including pkg foot small for items which is why product damaged. No response. Three days later sent 7 and then day after that 8th email. Each email asking for refund. Two days after 8th email receive a response; apology and the asks me for my address and they will ship new product. Totally ignoring my request for refund when website says totally satisfied or full refund. Sent two more emails; now ten asking for shipping slip and full refund.
I’m now past thirty days from item arriving see if they pull the your past thirty days since they have done anything but provide a refund.
Don’t bother going through their customer service just call your credit card company🙃I’m doing that tomorrow.
They will never get past zero rating. One star is only because zero is not a choice

I ordered the foundation with the Mushroom brush. Planet Shopper's marketing is very misleading. This is from China, took weeks to arrive , it was damaged, it was an oily-gooey -nasty mess and it smelled like motor oil . Certainly NOT something I would ever apply to my face . Their marketing gives the distinct impression that it is a powder ( not oil-based) . They acknowledged that it was damaged and that their product probably sat in a warehouse, but will not refund my money. I do NOT recommend.

I am extremely upset, I ordered the CC Cream Foundation with the Mushroom Head Sponge,ok then it took over a month to get to me,I got the get 2 for $24, and then another offer popped up saying that I could get 1 more for like $13, so I did,got my order finally,tried it doesn't cover like it said, it's awful,then I got to looking closer none of mine came with mirrors,at all,come to find out I could have bought this on Wish,for about $3,A piece! So I not only got scammed out of my money,they suck,they lied,they are fake and came from China.The real good CC Cream comes out of United States! That is what I thought that I was getting! I will never ever do this again.And no Refund! Thank you so much for listening to me I had to share my experience,it was awful, I still can't get over it. I was really Scammed,Cheap, Generic,Fake People, taking people's money.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered Christmas items on 4th November according to email parcel was delivered on 2nd December but I haven’t received it. When I contacted their customer service I was told it was delivered but they cannot give any proof. I checked with post office they had no records for tracking number. I’ve been scammed!

Ordered weeks ago a Xmas outfit still.waiting I've had email saying it's shipped that was weeks ago... so I don't know wots happening cause u can't contact nobody I've not got money to burn its just not fair company's like this should be banned

Paid for never received product.

Total Scam... takes forever to receive your product and it's horrible. They claim to cover completely - it's a lie. The coverage is very light and the color it a terrible match. I have fair skin and I look like ghost when I use their cc foundation. When pressed for the satisfaction guarantee, they will send you a new product but will not refund your payment. Disgusting that there are so many companies using deceptive trade practices.

Do not order from Planet Shopper.I wish I read the reviews first.I made a purchase 11/2/21 ,it is now 1/20/22.Still have not recieved anything.,Keeps telling me it shipped.When I tracked it,its not to be found.Its a scam.!

I read the reviews before I ordered and I did go ahead and order the makeup with the mushroom sponge, my experience has been great, makeup arrived a day early, tracking my order was great and easy, makeup is as promised, I have no issues with the purchase, I know in the reviews it was said to be a scam and maybe sometime it may not work out for some, I do wonder though if my experience was great due to the fact I paid with PayPal, if you had a bad experience I would like to know if you used PayPal or not, it may have made a difference for me

I ordered the best sell product from the company's website. The five star reviews are fake. This product is trash. They sent me a damaged box and the plastic box can't be opened. When I contacted them for return. They asked me to return with undamaged product to get my money back. The company is scam. They played the game with you. It's hard to get your money back. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute charge. Don't waste your money and time!

This company is a scam of the lowest order.took seven weeks to get the product and it was junk. Could not use it. If you are tempted to order from them don’t.

Horrible company. I tried to return the product because it smelled like a brothel or perfume. Don't buy from this awful place. They do not stand behind their garbage. They advertise through Amazon too but their products are horrible. So buyers beware!

I put my card# in the payment area but I changed my mind. I hit the back page 3-4 times but they captured my card# anyway. I emailed back and forth with them for 5 days and they wouldn't give me a refund or a tracking# before they shipped it out! On the 5th day I got an email saying it just shipped out (from China!!)! Do not order from this company!! I called my bank to dispute the charges but having to do this has wasted more of my time and caused me more pain! I'm disabled with severe chronic pain and just getting out of the house is extremely difficult! Now, I have to go to the bank to get a new card then take the time to change over to the new card. Frustrating!

I never received my order. When I asked for tracking info the link they provided was in CHINESE. I am not Chinese.
Avoid this company.

I ordered 3 items at 09/10/21, today is 10/05/21 and still missing 2 items! will not order any more things from this website!

This is a scam. You will never receive your package nor will you ever get your money back. Even worse, they will send 'confirmation' package was delivered. Then they tell you to contact your local post office.....
Please, please do not order from this site.

Beware!!! Never sent package. I asked for my money back. It’s been going on 2 months. The tracking number leads to a foreign site with no English.
Don’t order from them.
