Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. Jacket looks nice but a little bit…
Jacket looks nice but a little bit small and tighten around the arms and underarm area. Size was 3XL and yet it still feels small maybe try to get to standard US sizes not Chinese sizes

In my account I noticed the delivery…
In my account I noticed the delivery address was wrong so I tried to contact support by chat and email on both occasions the answer I received appeared to be as if they had not read my inquiry
So I did cancel the order
A few days later I did receive the item I had ordered
which I am quite happy with (Even though I had cancelled it)
It was quick postage & the item I ordered was very good quality but trying to contact the company and getting a proper answer was almost impossible

Poor customer service
Poor customer service - can only contact online chat which to-date has been unhelpful. I have been asking for a receipt which shows that I have paid for my product, but keep getting sent an invoice instead. Can someone please send me an actual receipt that provides evidence I have paid?
