Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. I ordered off the website
I ordered off the website. The transaction went through them was cancelled. I chatted online to finally find out the size I wanted was not available, despite the website saying it was. I was told the next size down was available so I ordered that. 2 weeks later my order was cancelled again.. not good enough. I have one very disappointed son.

I am considerably disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a ‘blue’ jersey and was shocked to receive an ‘awful’ bright yellow.!it is ghastly (to be polite). I do not have time to exchange it and am extremely distressed.

good luck getting money back if you return anything
the pants i ordered didnt fit so i returned them and now canterbury is claiming they never received them and that the "tracking isnt showing anything" i am not elevating it with australia post so that austrlia post makes them be honest i am absolutely disgusted with the customer service i have never had this kind of an issue with retuning anything. this is a big business it should not be a hassle returning anything if i could give no stars i would
