Fantastic product; robust and great team behind it!

I have been using CanTrack products for two high value vehicles for a couple of years now. The ease of setup and flexibility is superb, customer service and the technical helpdesk are excellent too. My vehicles go in and out of a storage facility so changing device settings quickly and easily via the web interface is a brilliant feature.
Fortunately I haven't had to use the recovery service but knowing where my vehicles are at all times is very reassuring!
In summary a great product.

I purchased a CanTrack device about 3 years ago to help protect my 50 year old Ford Capri.
What a brilliant system. Powered from an internal long-life battery (no need to use the car's power) it pings every day it's location and I'm able to switch on a homing beacon whenever I want. Fortunately have not needed to use the system but it has lived up to my expectations, and there is still a lot of life left in the battery too. CanTrack are very efficient, and on a couple of occasions when I've had questions, they've always been quick to respond

Fantastic product and service. The unit has performed faultlessly since fitting and gives us great peace of mind. The company are very hands on and we get regular updates as well as the all important daily report telling us exactly where our Motorhome is. I would recommend this product unreservedly.

I am part of various forums and see so often caravans stolen and motorhomes stolen. Thieves do their homework and they know about pre-installed trackers and home made systems. I have taken the view I need a tracker thats independant,one that is uniquely sited, one that reports to me and one that is independant of any power source. No one knows where my tracker is. ( except me ) No one knows when and how often my tracker reports to me. My caravan is a vauable asset that I want to protect and I dont want to be taken. It even tracks across europe as I found out as I travelled to switzerland. You pay for what you get. A great product and well worth the cost.

Excellent company. Never had anything other than top notch customer service from them since purchasing in 2017. That was until 2020 when they doubled the price of the annual subscription making it unviable for small users to justify the expense.

Excellent product and great customer service. My tracker developed a fault but was immediately replaced, free of charge, with a new one.

5* Everytime. We have used Cantrack for over 10 years, and have had a 99% success rate in recovering stolen plant. The service they offer is far better than any other asset recovery company out there. Their customer service and tracking team are friendly, helpful and always provide upto date information with any theft. I cant recommend them enough.

Great tracking products and even better customer service!

Outstanding company and product. I first came across them through a Motorcycle Crime Action Group forum and then subsequently met a couple of their guys at the Bristol Motorcycle Festival. Now me and my brother both have their trackers fitted to our motorcycles. Very happy with the product and reliability of the service. Their technical team who are always on hand on the phone are very knowledgeable of their products and helped me optimise the settings for my particular use (the tracker itself can be utilised in many different situations from motorcycles to ISO containers!!!) 😎

Thank you to the guys at CanTrack. It was a relief to have them to deal with the situation when one of trucks was stolen. Fully recovered and resolved in a very professional manner.

If you want something tracked, then there lots of options available, but will likely provide a false sense of security. Thieves will find them, rip them out and you'll never see your valuable items again.

If you want something tracked and recovered then this is the company you need to work with.

Great service from start to finish, trailer back in our yard by lunchtime. Very efficient, helpful and ring back when they say there going to ring back. Thanks team.

A great product and team. Following the recent theft of a vehicle, this procuct proves beyond all doubt that the CanTrack product and system works and not only saved time and endless reports but from the recovery of the vehicle, getting some minor repairs done caused in the stealing of the vehicle, this van can be back on the road with minimal downtime and hassle and earning a honest living unlike those who choose to steal and make others working lives harder or ruin honest working individuals businesses and careers.
the investigation follow up from the point of the call to inform CanTrack that the vehicle was missing to the phone call from their investigator confirming the vehicle has been found and is being taken back and recovered was music to my ears. it's not often a vehicle is recovered but the CanTrack product WORKS.
