THE BEST DEAL BY FAR!

I have dealt with this company for several years and as an artist, I have ordered many copies of my work on canvas. In my experience, all the work that comes from India is excellent. They back the product with an additional backer to protect the canvas. You can tell they take care of all the little details in packing and shipping. I'm extremely happy with the product and the company. However, when the canvas arrives from their production site in Georgia, it’s a whole different story. The production facility in Georgia does not back the canvas and seems to use a cheaper wood frame. They staple the canvas differently by flipping the canvas over the frame and staple it down with a few staples as possible and not near the quality that comes out of India . If I had my way, I would have all my product come from India and not from the George facility. I would like to see a comment section on the order form so that I can request it be process in India. I still don’t understand their point system. It basically is for pennies and I see very little value in the point system the way that it’s set up. I never use the points. The other deals like BOGO are always good to see. I'd like to see my points used for charity in India. Perhaps that can be an option for other customers as well.

Tribute to my Horse

I had a large canvas 45x55 made to honor the passing of my horse, Cadence a white Arabian, the results were more than I expected due to the Canvas being so large. The service was outstanding, very caring and professional I highly recommend CanvasChamp for your photo needs, Thank you Wan, appreciate all you did to make this beyond my expectations.

Not as bright and warm as always. I’d like to attach photos here so I can show you the difference. But there is no option to upload photos

I have always ordered from Cavaschamp in the past and the quality is always bright and clear. However this time the pictures turned out to be cold-tuned and a bit blured (not as crystal clear as the other photos I have ordered). Could u tell me what’s been different from my previous orders? My photographer is the same and she always provides warm-colored photos.

The delivery took longer than expected

The delivery took longer than expected, but it arrived in good condition. However, the dimensions I ordered were not provided exact, they were at least a quarter inch off in both dimensions, which makes them not match existing art. I was trying to combine them with.

Metal prints look great

I had seven prints on metal done. All looked great. Shipped via FedEx and arrived a day before they said it would. I didn't pick the 6 color ink or color adjustment add-on and wondered if that would improve the quality. I just uploaded two of my favourites and chose those add-ons for comparison. I liked that the prints came with 2-sided tape already attached to the back. Very well packaged.

Since canvas champ moved their printing…

Since canvas champ moved their printing operation of shore the quality of their work has become woefully inadequate. Telling them that I was dissatisfied did nothing to correct the situation.The prints were very dull and color match wasn't even close. If there were zero stars as an option I would have chosen that. I can not recommend that you use this service for any of your printing needs.

I was impressed with the packaging

I submitted the incorrect image…

I submitted the incorrect image initially. On a Sunday night at 7 pm before labor day Monday, a rep answered my live chat and helped me replace the file. That, to me, is an 'A' rated company. Customer service has all but disappeared in the US. Product was reasonably priced for the quality, and speed was faster than expected. I will promote and recommend.

Memory pillow ceremony

From start to finish, the customer service team and communication was beyond excellent. The Bereavement Center of Westchester is so grateful to have a reliable company to create the memory pillows to honor all of the families' loved ones who have died.
