It looks horrible and literally everything sucks

It looks horrible. Idk who actually approved this but this was supposed to be a gift. My boyfriend’s cat just died and I tried to do something nice. But no, I receive a horribly stuffed cat worm. It passed me off cuz I spent $60 on this. This should be way better. I am disappointed and upset. I hate that I even ordered it. I literally regret it. It’s the worse thing I’ve ever seen.

Fast and Affordable

Came super fast. I love how affordable the canvases are. They look amazing and came packed very securely. Took some effort to undo all the packing but did ensure there was no damage.

Two of the 9 canvas prints were damaged…

Two of the 9 canvas prints were damaged in this order. The smaller prints were packaged inside the largest print. The large print was damaged in two places. One of the smaller prints was also damaged that was packaged in the largest print. The entire package arrived wrapped in very thin cheap cardboard, then wrapped in multipule layers of wrapping plastic. Looking at the package BEFORE i even opened it I knew there would be damage due to the damage to the outside packing. As I suspected, the large print had identical tear marks the same as the packing.
The other print was scratched on the side and was visible from the front which made it un deliverable to my client also!

Custom "carpet" is an absolute FRAUD

Custom "carpet" is an absolute FRAUD! What they sell as a "carpet" is nothing more than a piece of material barely thicker than paper! It is nothing like the photos on the item description and when you ask for a refund, they jerk you around constantly with offers of partial credit towards something else etc.

Damage and print mistakes

Received what was supposed to be acrylic photos. Definitely not similar to acrylic photo prints I’ve seen in the past. Not glossy or smooth. A ton of minor damage and what looks to be printing errors in the form of colorless strips and spots on prints.

I have used them before..i tried again, shame on me!

I have used them before, and the quality is really good. However, I had a delivery issue in the past and took a break. Well, it was time to try again, and shame on me!
Once again, getting the picture delivered has been a nightmare. It has been stuck in customs for well over a week, and the only help I've received is to wait. I was initially offered a refund for shipping and handling, but after waiting a few more days, I was offered an additional $10 for an order over $50.

I don't have the picture, so I'm being refunded the total because I didn't see any chance of my photo being delivered. Shame - hope they can sort out this kind of wrinkle. If I hear from them with an actual explanation, I will update the review.

Updated 5-31-2026: I received a response from Canvas Champ, who said they were sorry and would do all they could to help. I received a form to complete to confirm my identity, or I was told this review may disappear. SO i completed the form. I am now waiting to hear back from them on the resolution. I have been refunded, and I'm looking forward to seeing whether the promised assistance comes through. If it does, I will update this review. If you see nothing after this, you can assume nothing happened to make it right as promised.

Great communication with the representatives

The representatives were very concerned that my canvas wouldn’t be clear and wanted to deliver a quality product but it wasn’t possible due to the photo being blurry. I reassured them that it was ok because it was the only print I had and that it would be fine to print regardless of it being blurry. I feel that their concern was very good customer service. They didn’t want me to be disappointed.
