A fine job again by CanvasChamp. Always on point. The recipient didn't realize there was a protective backing (which actually was the front of the acrylic). They removed it and viola, it was perfect. Great communication and kind service.

I needed my canvases for a graduation party and paid for express delivery to receive them a few days in advance. I received no notification that they wouldn’t arrive, even when they didn’t show and I called the next day the person had no idea. I kept checking shipping and it showed they would arrive 4 days later. They did arrive and they look great, unfortunately just late and not in time for my event. Very disappointing. Not sure why you would guarantee them and then print them in India and send over, knowing they couldn’t make the deadline.

I was shopping for a canvas print for a very important birthday gift. I specifically sought out an American company because I didn't want to get caught up with international shipping issues. I ordered my item with over a month to spare. The website gave me a delivery date of May 19th when I checked out. On May 19th, no package, so I checked my order status, and it says "in production." So I go to the website chat and ask when my order will ship. Clock's ticking. They say "it's in production." Exactly what I can see myself in my account. No help at all. Can't tell me when it's going to ship. The next day, I get a tracking number and see that it's in transit. Great. Should be here in plenty of time. Except it's shipping from India. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I have no idea if my canvas will be here in time, and my entire department is counting on this for a presentation to our boss. So I went and ordered another canvas with a different company, paid for express shipping. Only cost me an extra $100 because this company let me down. Thanks for nothing.

Took longer than expected to arrive but the print looks great. Be careful opening the package. It is well wrapped so takes effort and sharp instrument to open but take care to not cut the print itself.

I might have missed this detail but product ships from India. Advertises overnight and 2-day shipping which is almost impossible from the other side of the world having to pass through customs. They put the MOST restrictive FEDEX delivery restrictions on their shipments. I had a 5-figure watch left via indirect signature but this company requires an in person signature from FedEx - not an easy ask at 10am on a Wednesday. Haven’t seen the product yet - it might be amazing. But the delivery alone has ensured I won’t be back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Canvas Champ.
I placed an order on April 22, 2026, for a canvas print of my wife’s picture as a special Mother’s Day gift. What should have been a meaningful surprise turned into frustration, disappointment, and stress.
I made FOUR phone calls to customer service and even spoke with a supervisor, yet nothing was resolved. All I received were endless apologies and empty promises. I was repeatedly assured that my order would arrive by May 1st, but that promise was completely ignored.
After waiting far beyond the promised delivery date, I finally had no choice but to contact Discover Card and dispute the payment for merchandise that I never received.
Today, May 18, 2026, the package finally arrived — almost a month after I placed the order. To make matters even worse, the packaging was poorly protected, and the shipping box arrived partially damaged.
This company ruined an important gift and completely failed in customer service, communication, and delivery reliability. I will never order from Canvas Champ again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with important occasions.

Ordered a 5x7 and the canvas is smaller- maybe 4.7x6x7. I’ve already contacted customer service and sent photos. I have yet to hear anything back so I may be stuck with this wrongly-sized canvas.

Extremely disappointing experience and one I would not repeat.
Order placed on 4/28 with advertised production times of 24 to 48 hours and an estimated delivery date of 5/7. Neither timeline was remotely accurate. After the expected delivery date passed, I contacted customer service multiple times and repeatedly received generic responses stating that the matter had been "escalated," with no meaningful updates or resolution.
Only after filing a dispute through PayPal did tracking information suddenly appear. Even then, the update raised additional concerns rather than providing reassurance. I discovered the order was shipping internationally from India, which was not clearly disclosed during the ordering process. Had this information been transparent upfront, expectations regarding production and delivery times could have been assessed appropriately before purchase.
The FedEx tracking provided only reflected "Shipment information sent to FedEx," indicating that a shipping label had been created without evidence that the package had actually entered carrier possession.
The timing was difficult to ignore. Weeks of delays and repeated follow ups produced no meaningful progress, yet tracking information appeared only after a payment dispute was opened.
The most frustrating aspect of this experience was not the delay itself, but the lack of transparency. Advertised production timelines, estimated delivery dates, and actual fulfillment did not align. Customers should be clearly informed if products are fulfilled internationally and if delivery timeframes may substantially exceed what is presented during checkout.
Poor communication, misleading expectations, and an unnecessarily frustrating customer experience from start to finish.
