Order Never Delivered

I emailed multiple times about my order. Customer service kept telling me they would process and ship immediately, but they haven't. I'll be going through my credit card company to report a charge dispute. Scam company.

The ordering process was straightforward and user-friendly — their online designer tool made it simple to upload photos, choose sizes, and preview the final product without any hassle.
What made my experience great was the combination of affordable pricing and surprisingly good print quality for the cost. The colors came out vibrant and true to the originals, with sharp details that really made the images pop once hung up. The canvases felt sturdy, and the included mounting hardware was a nice touch that allowed for quick and easy installation. They arrived well-packaged and in good condition, which gave me peace of mind.
CanvasChamp does a few things particularly well:

Delayed delivery

I ordered a couple of Canvas' and around 7-8 weeks later and they still hadn't arrived. It took almost 12 weeks to receive them. I live in the US and know they have American-based facilities, but my order, for some reason, came from New Delhi. It was damaged on arrival, and after talking to customer services, they offered a discount if I bought additional items. I had approximately $50 worth of additional canvas in my cart, and they reviewed my cart and said I'm not spending enough to get a discount (I'd have to spend over $99 to get a 10% discount...). Then, they never replied after that. I won't use them again, and I suggest others don't either

Horror experience

The order took more than a month to ship and needed constant follow-up. And when it arrived, the quality was pathetic. The instructions were also not complete as firstly, it was not a bobblehead as it was a one-piece statue, and secondly, the 1 line that was to be printed, was not printed at all. Please never ever go with Canvaschamp. There are other better options available at the same or better prices.

Excellent pricing, OK quality.

The process was very easy, pricing very affordable and shipped right away.

The quantity of the canvas prints were ok, some colors bled and outside the lines, so don't expect perfection, but for the price they were good.

I would strongly advise against…

I would strongly advise against purchasing the custom figurine (custom bobblehead). The estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase was significantly misleading. While it initially indicated a turnaround of approximately two weeks, the actual delivery took closer to seven weeks. Customer support later acknowledged that custom orders require more time, but this was not clearly communicated upfront.
Although the delay was frustrating, I was willing to be patient under the assumption that additional time would result in a higher-quality, detailed product. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The final product was extremely disappointing. The figurines bear little to no resemblance to us, with inaccurate facial features and poor overall likeness. In fact, the representation is so off that it does not even reflect our actual ethnic appearance. The craftsmanship and paint quality also fell far below expectations and appeared unrefined.
Overall, this experience did not meet reasonable standards for a custom product, especially given the extended wait time and expectations set during the ordering process.

Hound from hell!!

I ordered a bobble head of my dog and it looks like a hound from hell!!
It actually scared my wife!
They refused to refund me or remake it.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Ordered two bobbleheads in September. One arrived in December but was poor quality. Requested that they redo the one and ship both. After at least 20 emails to them, they kept promising that they would address it, but nothing ever happened. They said they would refund but that didn’t happen either. Had to dispute with credit card company.
