My father passed away and it has been 4 months and still no nearer to receiving payment. He was a prison officer and it is a very bad way to treat his memory. We have sent forms proof of id and address for executors and my late father Grant of probate death certificate and more forms all sent recorded delivery. Jan Lamont sent an email 21/11/25 to say we would receive underpayment in 3 days and we are still waiting. When we phone we are fobbed off and our complaints have been ignored. I wanted this money to pay back over payment of state pension. I have gone to pension ombudsman and written to MP I think this is so disrespectful and glad father not here to see how they have treated him

mycsp capita customer service

Having registered on the new mycsp portal continually get informed username and password not recognised despite having confirmation that username is correct. Attempted to speak to an advisor today and after waiting in the queue for 2 hours she just disconnected my call without even making any effort to deal with my call. Absolutely disgusting service to get onto a portal after 3 weeks and service and customer service is diabolical

Ignorant and useless

Capita send out letters with NO DATE. Capita REFUSES to answer complaints - does not care about complaints to the Financial Conduct Authority which Capita says is "toothless".
Capita failed to inform its custlmers of the massive data breach.
Therefore if Capita ignores the FCA it will be formal legal action - with Capita having to pick up a huge legal bill if it loses: which it will.

> Marbles credit card < ORGANISED CRIME<

Hi Sam of ( Marbles credit card )

I just wanted to thank you for your “empty” reply to my scathing review of the “marbles” organised crime group!

please don’t assume that everyone that’s reading this is an idiot they’re not. We know what you’re doing. We see we get it when we look at our bills and have to deal with you people on the phone. We then realise exactly what we’re dealing with which is a bunch of thieves who don’t have any hesitation in talking rudely claiming things that aren’t true like they sent out multiple letters and multiple emails we tried to contact you it’s all a load of nonsense and we all know it. It’s just a money grabbing scheme by a bunch of criminals under the guise of a business. I do hope you are shut down one day companies like you make me sick and they ruin the lives of innocent people, hard-working people.

Liars

I have a terminal cancer,it can be treated, but never cured,
So,I had my assessment the start of this month,
I've had chemo since mid March,
I was not allowed to work due to being high risk,
Not entitled to any benefits due to us being a working family,
My only option was pip,
Had my report today and it's all lies,or half the story,
Absolutely disgusting,I cannot believe they do this to people,
I've read the reviews, yet, dwp are still using them,I mean,we pay into the system,we do our part, yet, can't get any help when we need it badly, and,to have this company lie too, sorry, some of us have been through enough, without this company lying and making our lives more complicated

Utterly useless!!!

Utterly, utterly useless company!
If you could write a guide on the best way to run a company and serve your customers to the best of your ability, Capita would have read this and said "How can we do this the absolute polar opposite?"
They managed to decrease one of my pensions by over £500,000 and then tell me it was "market forces".
I haven't seen an annual statement of account in nearly 3 years, and any attempt to make any change is followed up with a nigh on 20 page set of forms.
I have already transferred a few pensions from previous employers into a pension bee account, even though these were started after trying the same with Capita, they are all complete, it seems like Capita will do anything to delay the process!
Like is said, utterly useless!

Shockingly bad company

Shockingly bad company. They manage my HJ Heinz Company pension. I've had to take them to court 3 times now. Each time I have won, but these people simply do not learn.
Maybe they should stick to persecuting old ladies for the BBC tv licence.

Worked on a temporary contract through Agency, even put the start date back. Had full attendance for the month of May, was there on time and did the job to the best of my ability. Now tried phoning in sick yesterday, kept phoning number and it was just ringing, then was told u can't text or phone on that number. So i rang off landline and was able to leave v mail. Then got a text saying job had been ended. Now other people were off sick for a day or for 3 days, but are still there. Am never gonna work for this company again.

I have had a pension with Capita since 1988 and want to organise a lump sum payment.
They are simply ignoring me .
Surely this is their business , why is it so hard?

Ethically bankrupt

The company that handles tvlicensing.co.uk and the harassment letters. That should tell you all you need to know about their ethics. Incidentally they get hacked a lot. I recommend you do what I did and move your pension to another provider and GDPR your data from them. Hopefully they'll at least be compitent enough to do that.

What a dreadful company

What a dreadful company. All I need at present is to know how much they have paid my late mother in pension and tax. They have overpaid the pension and will not release the figures until this money has been repaid. Fine except the estate owes this money not me!

3 complaints raised - no callback yet (after 15 days)

these idiots do work capability…

these idiots do work capability assessments for DWP and corrupt starmer, they never have had and will not have a psychiatrist working for them, a real qualified psychiatrist refuses to work for them, so they cannot and should not be allowed to assess someone with mental health, these idiots, even think they can overrule a real family nhs doctor, what the fck, they actually call the nhs family doctor who has known the patient for a long time, a liar, what the fck, a real nhs family doctor is highly trained, these idiots have no effing clue, they commit the offence of fraud, so if your having an assessment make sure it is recorded and make sure you have someone with you at all times, i wouldnt even give them one star

Not only did they mess my claim up and…

Not only did they mess my claim up and pretend they were the CAB when it came to claim but they also have just messed my partners claim up, they mixed her up with someone else and they've now only just started getting back in touch with her, the woman was really rude as I was trying to help my partner out but they for some reason focused on another illness of hers which I don't even think she said about, my guess is they'll try and cancel it because they focused on something completely different as to what she made the claim about in the first place, in my honest opinion they try to deliberately mess people's claims up, the woman was rude threatening to cancel her claim as I was trying to help her even with the spelling of my own name as I have a long hyphenated name we both have dyslexia and even I have problems spelling it without writing it down, I did try to get my partner to get the woman's name incase we needed to make a complaint as they messed mine up too but she just kept telling my partner that they'd cancel the claim because I'd asked her to get her name.

Ex employee. Terrible company

Ex employee.

I understand this is a customer focused job, but they care to much about the customer, at the expense of their staff and their wellbeing. Theres a high turnaround for a reason. They cant expect good customer service from people they don't value and treat well.

They say they care about mental wellbeing, but when things are brought up, its pushed aside and not dealt with. They do everything they can to make sure things go wrong for the customer, and no one from any other department will help. Theyre the ones constantly messing things up, with no consequence as they dont deal with the customers, and because of this they continue to mess things up. If you try to complain yourself in an attempt to get other departments doing their job properly, managers take no notice and basically just tell you to deal with it.

Theres this thing they do about "call quality". You start on 100% and it goes down if you do something wrong.
96% is considered a fail. You are now a terrible employee. 96% is not bad quality by any means. Anywhere else, 96% is considered perfect, but in capita/zurichs eyes, it might as well be 0%.
And it makes no sense either. So first, 1 complaint marks you down 2 %.
Lets say I take 100 calls, and 2 of them are complaints on me. That means 98 of my calls are good, so 98% good quality, but they'll mark you down 2% each complaint and say your quality is 96%. But youll def take more than 100 calls in a month. Lets say its 1000 calls. That would then be 998 calls good, 2 with complaints, so even though I've had 998 good calls, they'll still say your quality is 96% and youvve failed that month.
How???? And what if those 2 complaints were at the beginning of the month?? where's the incentive to continue the rest of the month good? 96% is a fail. Might as well keep failing.

Youve already failed on day one, so no point trying to be good the rest of the month.

But the thing is, your quality is based on what you did 2 months go. Sp Septembers quality is based on what you do in july, so someone could have a perfect month in September, no bad calls, but because they made a mistake a couple months ago, they've somehow failed that month.

Following on about incentives, there really isn't any at all. There's no praise and reward for doing anything good, just punishment for when something bad happens.
All the 10/10 reviews you get from customers, and no one cares. Just a generic email send to everyone saying "well done".
Many customers considering me to be a great employee, but when one makes a complaint, suddenly youre the worst person ever and your on performance review.

Now with this job, there can be plenty of calls queuin, and youre not allowed to go home until all calls have been answered.
Theres a very likely and very common chance youll spend most of your "free time" - you have no freedom in this job - stuck at work having customers shout at you.
Plenty of minutes of your day given to them.
But god forbid youre 1 min late because of traffic or bus delays. Oh god no. Do that 3 times in a month and they "must investigate this serious crime against humanity"
I think the latest i was was about 5 mins, but doesnt matter i could spend nearly an hour after my shift had finished answering more calls.
They dont care they messing with your time. Only when you disrupt their time

Pay isntt good for the stress you deal with. Then they train you on more stuff with brings the worst stress of the job, and no extra pay, as you start to deal with pension claims, and zurich make that as difficult as they can, even admitting they made up the rules of claim, based on FCA guidelines, but still making up crap to make the process more difficult. All by the interpretation of 1 person at Zurich, and not actually what he regulation says.

If a customer asks for a manager, just say you are one, cos the managers are all lazy and wont deal with it.

This job is basically a toxic partner that guilt trips, manipulates, and gas lights you into thinking youre the issue when its their toxicity and apathy that causes issues for staff and customers

Im not the only person that feels this way.
What ive written here is a rewording of my resignation letter. Sent this into to the managers. 2 other people left and wrote similar resignations, and others have left with the same grievances, but didnt write letters, and there are people still there that feel the sam way but dont say anything.

Stay away from this job unless you get off on people treating you like dirt
