The technician Iurii was on time, extremely polite, and very capable! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my dishwasher and provided me with my options. The part required would have been special order and he gave me an estimate as to how long it would take to arrive. He also provided me an extra minute to discuss how to clean the glass in my oven. I would HIGHLY recommend Iurii!!

I made an appointment for later in the evening and got a call that they were in the neighborhood and they came by within minutes. The technician checked out my fridge and gave me many options with in-depth explanations of each. In the end, it was decided that we would be better off getting a new one. They were very honest in their explanations and review of the appliance. If I needed work done I would call no-one else. Thank you.

I had an old freezer repaired. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem He ordered the part and returned 2 days later. He also cleaned a blocked drain tube Work perforé correctly and promptly

I am giving a 5 star rating because as promised the serviceman was here between 11 and 1 today. He figured out the issue and tried to repair the problem. Unfortunately he could not fix it today but explained the next process clearly. If i had any questions he answered them for me.

I recommend Capital Applian Repairs. I had a fridge problem and the technician, Segei, was really good and on the ball. The service was friendly and curtious and fast. They gave me a 2 hour window (5-7) and I was very pleased when he sowed at my door at 5:10!
I must say that he was very persistant in finding the problem and then fixing it. Thank you Sergei.

amazing called at 9 on friday they were there before noon and done half hour later

Called Capital Appliance on Sunday 7 April and was able to have Repair Technician attend residence on 8 April between 11 AM - 1 PM on Monday. Technician arrived at 11:15 AM. Actual repair was at my Daughters residence. Technician called me at approximately 12 Noon to detail cost break down, IE: Technician Service Visit, Repair Time and cost of part. Was able to pay bill via telephone. All in all the Communications with Capital Appliance and Repair Technician was Excellent. Highly Recommended.

Dishwasher fixed quickly. Requested appointment and got same day service within 2 hours of making call. Friendly service. Very pleased.

Technician was able to identify the problem with my washer as soon as I started to describe it! Needed a part ordered with a long weekend in between, and two techs to lift the stacking dryer off, but new part, new hoses and clean working appliances in 20 minutes!

Tech reviewed all fault possibilities of fridge. Great job identifying all the failures in a quick period of time. Unfortunately the motherboard and compressor with install fees exceeded reasonable repair costs. But was very satisfied he did his best to resolve the issues.

Immediately after opening my dishwasher the service technician was able to isolate the issue. Within a week they had ordered the missing part and installed. After installation the service technician walked me through the install and assured me everything was back in working order backed by a 90 day warranty. Split payment also made this a pleasant experience paying half on first visit and paying the remaining balance after the install was complete.

My washing machine quit pumping out the water in the middle of a wash. I contacted Capital Appliance Repair. The technician, a very pleasant young man came to my home on time and diagnosed my problem. He had to order a part which turned out to be the drain pump. When the technician came back to actually complete the job, again he was on time. The charge, as quoted when the call was originally made, was exactly what I paid when the job was completed. I would recommend Capital Appliance Repair.
