Bought four Krista Black leather dining chairs.Came in 2 packs of 2.unfortunately 2 chairs were slightly Faulted.contacted customer service who replied within an hour and replacement chairs were dispatched the following day.Replacement chair were perfect.their customer service is 5 star.my review is 4 star simply because of having to get 2 chairs replaced.other wise it would have been 5 star.

Nice dining chairs …
Nice dining chairs just the right size and material to go with our light oak dining furniture. Light weight chairs but seem substantial and good value. Our only gripe is with parcel force delayed delivery but that isn't this company's fault and the chairs were very well packaged.

Really good service, quick delivery.
Pleased with the chairs, however the description is misleading. The header says leather but the full description says leather and faux leather.
On the whole I was pleased with the service and delivery and the quality of them but disappointed that they aren’t leather.

Fantastic Quality
The chairs we ordered are really well made and high quality. We love them - should last a lifetime. They were also extremely well packaged. Delivery guys were also great. Rang 40 mins before delivery and were very polite and careful with the items being delivered.
