Seamless. Arrived bang on time.

Very good quality. We bought 2 upholstered dining chairs. We have them for quite a few months now. No issues.

Good website info. I have dropped a star because website delivery info stated call from them or carrier to arrange mutual time. I didn’t know who carrier would be so whenI received FedEx emails I assumed scam, as had previous scam alleged FedEx mail. Fortunately I was when delivery arrived. Driver was p,easing and helpful. Website was great. Due to some mobility issues height of seat is crucial to me. I need arms to aid getting up so whether arms will fit below table is also crucial. There was plenty dimensions info on website.

I had been researching for ages, keeping returning to another provider. Luckily one day this one came up. I hadn’t thought of swivel chairs. However it is increasingly hard for me to pushback a chair on carpet surface. These resolved that. Swivel makes it much easier to get up. Fortunately I could delegate f putting together the seats to my husband. First one went well, then some rude words for the others. Packaging was excellent for protection.

Despite sounding the old fogey I am I like sleek modern
furniture. These fit well with all my leather couches and chairs. I hope the faux leather wears well. Colours are perfect. I opted for 2 of each. The chairs look much more expensive than they are, with free delivery a bonus. Now the hunt is on for the perfect table.

Couldn’t use the website to order the chairs we wanted as we have a new postcode but rang and was sorted very quickly over the phone. The chairs were here within 48 hours which was quicker than what had been suggested for delivery.

Easy to negotiate website and the furniture pattern was close to the product received. Delivery was very quick although came over two days which didn't matter to us.

I ordered some chairs to match ones I had bought previously but stupidly ordered the incorrect shade of grey. When I called Capitol they were extremely helpful. They arranged to collect the chairs and refunded my money I love the chairs

I ordered 2 barstools over a weekend and they arrived with 2 working days.
