The PuttOut mirror I bought from…

The PuttOut mirror I bought from Capital Golf had a crack in it, as well as clearly being used. I emailed them with photos on arrival and asked if anything could be done; given the current climate and not being able to leave the house to return the product. I have still not heard back and I certainly won’t be purchasing from here again in light of this. I live in London and was hoping to be impressed by their service, seeing as their shop is close to me. I will be telling my golfing network to avoid at all costs at the moment!

We responded to your email within 2 hours and are dealing with this matter - I am not sure if you are aware but the UK is currently facing a pandemic; we are working with a skeleton staff to try and operate as normal - but unfortunately this situation is not normal.

Excellent customer service

Managed my return swiftly and with the minimum of fuss ensuring I was able to exchange the items without any problem.
In all my dealings with Capital Golf they have been excellent.

The gents at Capital golf were great

The gents at Capital golf were great. They didn't have the item I needed however they ordered it for me and shipped it to me within a week. Great team and great service. Thank you!

Great company

Orders a pair of golf shoes from capital. It said 3 to 5 days delivery and arrived within 2 days. Very efficient will definitely order again.

Shocking communication

Shocking communication, and poor customer service, although my first issue was resolved in the time scale promised the new set came and had a hole in the that headcover also, STILL awaiting a reply, I've rang the shop about my first issue but awful attitude from the guy, was promised email to explain what was happening etc, only to kept being told in a abrupt/cocky tone "AS WE SAID YESTERDAY" the issue will be resolved, but at that time I didn't know what that would be eg refund or new set, which he did tell me at that time but in a really awful tone, he made me feel so bad for ringing the shop that i found myself apologising for calling and saying I'm only worried as this was my son's birthday present, The first set I recevied I truly believe was a possible ex-display it was packed extremely poor missing club and holes in both headcovers, no official packaging no paperwork just dumped in a plain old brown box, second set came in the time scale promised and was packed correctly in official packaging but still a hole in one headcover maybe a possible defect. But I've had to keep these due to needing them as a birthday present which I'm so angry about, I've had no response from capital golf regarding this asking for a possible replacement of just the headcover I said I'd appreciate a reply, I'm probably not going to be getting a reply, especially after this review but I'm going to get in contact with PayPal to see where I stand. I ordered with capital golf because this set was about £30 cheaper then other sites. But I will pay the extra next Time.
