Edit: I was contacted by the regional manager and eventually received a refund plus some goodwill. I am happy the issue was resolved, but its unfortunate it got the the level did.
Original: Horrific experience. Charged for items never shipped and company denying they took the money despite sharing multiple screenshots of the money gone from my accounts. Order was confirmed and I got a receipt but 3 days later I got another email saying some items were Out of stock and would not ship. I am now in the process of going through PayPal dispute to try get my money back. Terrible Customer Service

Will not go anymore to Hayes store and do not recommend anyone else!
When they see, that you not English treating like rubbish and checking even at the beginning have you got their card and saying that will “kick you out” from the store as other way not allowed to go in, but other people not been check and going through!!
Better to go extra mile, but not visit Hayes store!!!

I use both the Bristol store and the online ordering facility. Never any problems. Most of the time what you want is in stock.

Fantastic store in Derby. I have been using this as my wholesalers for the past 17 years, it has changed a lot over that time but the service and quality has not changed. The staff are fab, very knowledgeable and friendly. Car parking is great too. I would highly recommend these wholesalers. Thank you for opening Sundays too.

Me and my 2 friends went to this store as we needed to buy a few things to dye our hair and also some other things for his New saloon... we were going to spend no less than £50 Each as like i said we needed a few things!! We had the most horrible experience ever! Firstly the store was almost empty and we were told to wait outside, so far so good, when we went inside we started looking for the things we needed, it was the first time we’ve been to this store so obviously we didn’t know where things were and because of that we were taking some time to find the colour we needed to dye our hair... we were looking at the catalogue when suddenly we were interrupted by the manager who told us in a very rude tone if we had to be there all 3 of us together as apparently there was a queue outside and she was basically telling us to hurry up and leave! I looked around and the store was almost empty I could only see members of staff, ( if you’ve been there you know this is a big store) so I don’t know why they weren’t letting people in mainly when all the costumers were wearing masks! ( if you go to any supermarket Or any other store everyone is almost on top of each other’s and no one complains) but any way after, the Manager looked at my friend and says “ and can you wear your mask properly” ( he only had his mask a little bit under the nose as everybody knows is very hard to breath in those masks, there was only us 3 no one around and he his asthmatic!!) Neither the Manager nor any of the staff members were wearing masks!!! I could understand if the store was too full and they had to control the people at the door but this was not the case, the store was empty, so couldn’t really understand why there was a queue outside!!! The point is, It’s not my fault that was a queue at the door, I’m in the store to buy things that I need and I need to take my time choosing the right things, I didn’t know there was a limit time to be inside the store!! No one offered us any help whatsoever as we actually needed some help, we could have been quick if we actually had some help, but the only approach we had was from the manager basically telling us to hurry up and leave. We were so shocked that we looked at each other’s and decided to leave everything we already had there and left the store empty handed!! We went to another store we were very welcomed, we had help from a member of staff, we bought everything we needed and left very happy!! To this store I will never return! I never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in any other place before like I felt in this one! One of my friends is actually a hairdresser and is opening his own saloon now and wanted to buy everything he needs in this store, but after what we experienced today he will never return and will get everything he needs in a different store! Big lost! This is not the right way to treat your costumers! So im just telling you all now, if you ever go to this store be ready to race! Just one last thing, is not like we’ve been there for 1 hour, this all happened in no more that 15m! RIDICULOUS!!

Bought Wahl hair clippers (super taper) and they arrived in perfect condition, brand new box, securely delivered on time. Will bulk buy other supplies from this seller now, as my usual small, local hair and beauty wholesaler has sadly closed.

The Aldershot branch is wonderful.

I last visited last July but the branch is absolutely brilliant. I love the fab cheery hello's you get as you go in the door. All the girls are always in great form and are chatty but well able to do the job and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
It's an absolute pleasure to go in there, service is speedy and if you are looking for anything you get it quickly.
I've also been into the Kingston on thames branch over the years and that too was brilliant.

Customer service was excellent when I inquired about a product. Items arrived exactly on time. Everything in perfect condition. 10/10 service

I made an order, they didn't have the two of three products that I wanted. I called as soon as I received the email and they had already shipped it at a cost of £4.95. What's the point of notifying someone that something is unavailable but not giving them a chance to cancel it? They then suggested refusing the delivery and send it back to them #unsustainable approach for one item of low value. Worse thing is that the customer rep wasn't accountable, apologetic or understanding at all. They have now lost a customer - small businesses should really value the customers that they have especially as we approach such an uncertain time.

I have been using Capital for over 10 years and i love their products, their pricing isn't at all bad and all the girls are so friendly when you go into the Kingston branch. I have also done 3 different courses at Kingston and i loved them all.

Bought the hairdressing students pack. It contained everything needed for my daughters college course.
Although not brands I had heard of but all good quality none the less.
All delivered in one box.
One piece was missing but a quick email was all that was needed and a replacement was here within 2 days.

I bought L'Oréal Professionnel Expert Series AOX VITAMINO COLOR Shampoo, conditioner and mascara. They sent me all these products but the RESVERATROL VITAMINO COLOR line. I find it absurd. Even if I could change that, it would be a nuisance. I bought it online just for the ease. I will definitely not repeat any purchase with Capital Hair store.
