One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.

I dealt with Joshua, Sam and Jamal regarding a repayment arrangement and received contradictory information from different agents over several weeks. One agent confirmed there would be no payment due until the end of June, another suddenly claimed normal payments resumed in May, despite earlier agreements and call recordings confirming otherwise. I then had to repeatedly chase recordings and explanations myself just to establish what had actually been agreed.

The whole process felt disorganised and poorly managed, with staff seemingly unable to see or honour arrangements made by colleagues. Instead of helping a customer in financial difficulty, the situation created unnecessary stress, confusion and hours of wasted time.

Very disappointing experience with Capital on Tap’s customer service and internal communication.

Far superior to Tide

I was referred to Tide as a new business, which turned out to be useless. Capital on Tap has been excellent, taking the hassle out of running a business rather than adding to it. Lots of really useful perks and really easy to set up. Thoroughly recommended.

What got me the most was the competency and helpfulness of the staff. It made a lovely change to deal with normal nice people. The system is also great with links to help account for the card and integrate into your accounts programs. All good so far.

The product is good

The product is good, the app works very well,

My only grumble is the bureaucratic process in providing documentation, there's process, and there's overbearing process, having to certify my share structure even though I provided documents to verify this was a real hassle, yes I know you have to go through disclosure hoops and are audited by financial oversight authority, but the application of the rules would be a little more flexible

Capital on Tap were brilliant from the start.

Capital on Tap were brilliant from start to finish. They spotted a small mistake on my application and fixed it quickly, keeping me updated the whole way through. Once that was sorted, getting a card for my limited company was honestly one of the easiest parts of setting everything up. Fast, clear, and genuinely helpful service — exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a new business off the ground. Highly recommended.
