I haven't received a response to my previous message. It has now been two weeks since I purchased the software, and I still have not received the license key. My order continues to show "Waiting Manual Verification," but no one has been able to explain what that means or what needs to be done to resolve it.
This delay has been extremely frustrating. I paid for the software two weeks ago and still cannot use it. Please let me know what is causing the delay and what steps are being taken to complete the verification so I can receive my license key as soon as possible.

After your order was placed, it was automatically flagged by our payment verification system as a potential fraud risk. To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, we are unable to process orders that do not pass this verification.
We made multiple attempts to contact you by both email and phone to verify the order, but unfortunately our emails were not being delivered, and we were unable to reach you by phone. We also attempted to resubmit the order, but it was flagged again by the verification system.
Because the transaction continues to be flagged by our fraud prevention system, we are unable to process the order. The best way to recover the funds is to contact your bank or credit card provider and initiate a chargeback. They will be able to assist you with reversing the transaction.

They had what I wanted in stock. Fast shipping. Surveyors vest with lots of pockets. I’ve had mine for a couple of years now and it has held up really well. No torn stitches or holes in it. Light enough air circulates through it. Life saver in a hot climate. Buddy at work wanted one like mine so I ordered one for him. Good experience, good product.
