Order Error
I wanted assistance returning an order so I could re-order the correct item. My mistake for ordering the incorrect items. However, because the company shipped the items as ordered, the telephone clerk was rude about the mistake even though I recognized the error was mine.

Very Responsive Team
These guys have been very responsive and have very competitively priced products. I ordered my equipment over the holidays and get a quick response that the items were in transit to Capital and that they would let me know when they were shipping which would be within 1 to 2 weeks. I received notification that me equipment had shipped 3 days later.
When I received the manufacturer bundled package, I found that they had left one component out. A quick call and they had it shipped to me the next day.
