It wasn’t clear from the listing that the item was out of stock when I placed my order. Because of factors beyond their control, I still haven’t received it almost a month later—UPS now says it should arrive next week.
When I called to check in, the staff were apologetic and pleasant, and the price was the best I found anywhere online… which maybe should have been my first clue. Overall, a mixed experience.
