Withdrawing process is a painful waiting game
If youre looking for a fast withdraw this is not the place. They hold for 48hrs then release BUT only on a business day . I withdrew on a wednesday afternoon 4pm (NZ time) and it never got released to my bank till Monday 1pm my time. They also leave it there for you too hopefully use right up to they process it. Such good games but a horror on waiting for a withdraw.

Simple question in chat about missing monthly loyalty points. Bot gave irrelevant answers, ignored me, then abruptly ended session. Next day: permanent group-wide ban, falsely labeled “Responsible Gambling” with no explanation and refused to clarify or provide proof.
They stole my remaining balance, all earned VIP status, loyalty points, and giveaway tickets. Refused to justify or return anything.
Avoid at all costs.

Well I’m done with captain cooks
Well I’m done with captain cooks. Finishing my last deposit then going elsewhere. I have found cc went downhill from not being able to win like I used to, slow withdrawal times (it says 48 hours but it’s ALWAYS longer that it just sits there for another day or two), support are just robots that transfer you to another robot that just gives automatic replies with no option to actually have a conversation. But the BIGGEST most frustrating reason and the last straw is if you play here get ready to continually close and re open the app it is CONSTANTLY freezing and lagging and I mean constantly. I deposited over an hour ago and I have had to close and re open over 20 times it is a very unenjoyable experience that you can’t play without it freezing or giving an error message. Yes I have cleared all cookies and temporary files yes I have deleted the app and re installed yes I have turned off wifi and used data for maximum internet connection to no avail. No fun!! I’m so frustrated and that’s no fun! They always have the same answer that we need to fix settings on our end but after jumping through all the technical hoops, still the same. Taking my money elsewhere.
