Simply outstanding service and amazing Crab Legs. This is the second Christmas we have ordered and it was great. My family loved it. Never had better crab in my life.

this was a gift to our daughter and son in law. he said it was the "best crab he had ever eaten." since he is a life long seafood lover, this was indeed a high compliment. i had initially ordered 3 lbs but one of your reps took the time to call me personally and explain how the 5 lb was a better deal. i really appreciated the care you took and the product you sent. excellent!

We were impressed with our first purchase from Capt. Jacks. Great customer service, got email to make us aware of the product we were waiting for, fast shipment. My only constructive comment would be, the shredded paper intended for packing was dispersed in the unsecured bag of crab legs. Quite an effort, to removed shredded paper from wet / frozen crab legs in order to transfer to freezer. Thanks so much, we'll be back :)

I ordered snow crab for Christmas dinner. The shipment arrived exactly as represented. The free shipping option is what drew my attention online to Captain Jack's over other companies. The crab was delicious! From ordering to eating, I was very pleased with Captain Jack's and would highly recommend them.

Crab legs arrived when expected and were beautiful. Packaging is excellent. Delicious!

When I placed the order you had the item in stock. I searched several sites there were a few others but your price was better. The shipping was 73 dollars for overnight. Three days later no shipping information. I called up and the person who answered the phone said someone was supposed to call me. They said they were out of stock. I said you had it when I placed the order. They said they had a run. I said that's no excuse then. I could have ordered from another vendor. I wish I had so many customers for my business that I can handle customers in the manner you did.

We regularly order the real (or is it reel) salmon from Captain Jack's and have never been disappointed with the on time delivery, quantity and quality of the fish. We know the salmon is 'for real' because of the few bones left in the filet for our picking experience. I am annoyed by the must use Pay Pal experience because it is an inconvenience and not my preferred way of paying.

When box arrived, fish packs were still frozen. I will definitely order fish again. Fish was great.

My package did not arrive due to issues while intransit (no fault of CaptJacks) They contacted me and made arrangements to reship and were very gracious and added little extra because of the delay.

I ordered 2 types of crab legs to be delivered to my sister in law in Colorado for her birthday. They arrived on time looking fantastic and even included a hand written card that was a much appreciated extra touch. I highly recommend Captain Jacks Seafood!
