Terrible business
Everything. I received the bed order 5181. I didn't like it and I want to return it. I'v got no mail answer when I asked the return address. I confirmed Klarna. After this they responded and offered me 10% discount. I didn't want this I want a return address. They give me after 10 days the address. I have a track and trace, I informed again Klarna but the company captain's pups did't give any information about the refund. So they want that I pay this or captain's pups has to answer to Klarna. The adres in Sommelsdijk don't belong to this firm even the telephone number is nog wright. My next step is to inform everybody on fb and I have to go the police because I won't pay for something I don't have. It is a shame how you do business with people. The address in Sommelsdijk belong to another person he wants to go to the police as well when I don't get any answer of captain's pups. So what do I have to do to solve this terrible business. By the way this beds are the same as the beds of Temu and there it is cheaper. But even than I don't want it.
