Nous sommes désolés pour cette expérience avec notre service de vérification. Le statut "unknown" (inconnu) peut apparaître dans des situations spécifiques où le serveur de messagerie distant ne nous permet pas de confirmer avec certitude l'existence de l'adresse, souvent pour des raisons de sécurité ou de configuration propre au domaine.

Un e-mail à notre support aurait pu aussi répondre à vos questions...

But immediately locks your account once you log in, 0 free credit, and asks for KYC.

KYC for an email verification service ? What type of sick joke is this ?

1 star is too much. Considering yourselves lucky.
