I’ve purchased pretty much every single capybara stuffie from this company. They’re amazing quality and the best snuggle friends. Never have had any issues with them in terms of delivery or quality. An amazing company and amazing stuffed animals!

I have been getting these cuties for years at this point, I absolutely love everything they make. Well made items that last. Even in the times the shipping took a little extra time or I had troubles with the address, they were always willing to accommodate! They also always have deals on the plushies which is a little too tempting at times.

My grand kids love the capybara... they have several from your company. They told me they wanted those over labubus because lebubus are scary and evil. They are 10 yrs old. I was extremely happy with your customer service. You let me know when they shipped and they were easy to track. I got mine when promised by you too! Keep up the great work! Love these capybaras so much.

i've ordered three times - and while it may take a little while to get my capys, they have all arrived, and they are all just perfect! i ordered two for me and my daughter, then i ordered capy bag charms for my girl gang ;) then i had to order the demon capys for my new husband and my son. i love them all so much!! i may be addicted, LOL

We have 3 capys and we love them all! They are soft, cuddly, and cute. Shipping was very smooth and fast. I love to see all of the new capy styles too, we might just have to add more to the family!

The variety of Cabyberas was fantastic. The order arrived quickly. I needed to cancel my order and reorder when I found my granddaughter already had the one, I bought. It was a no hassle return. That is quite a nice transaction.

Shipping about a week or two (I'm in the US and they come all the way from China I believe) I love Capy-era capybaras. Haven't had any issues out of Capy-era one of my orders got delayed and they even gave me a free capybara! It was the matcha keychain one. I have all the capy's except for watermelon and alien+Angel n demon+ the keychain ones I'm only interested in the jumbo foods/flowers/items ones although if they had Warframe/duck capybaras I would buy those too! They are a little pricey but the buy 1 get 1 free deal makes up for it.i have yet to actually buy a singular capybara I have always bought 2 or more when ordering. They will sometimes arrive in your mailbox or on your porch I am saying this because I was worried some of my capy's hadn't been delivered to the right address as the app didn't say where they were delivered just that they were. I went to check the mailbox they were there!

P.S Capy-era it would be adorable if you made a capybara that has a little duck on its head.

Communication and shipping time is efficient and quick. I ordered three this year, and ordered one for a friend for their birthday-mistakenly didn't update the address. I emailed customer service and they were able to change the shipping address on time before it left the warehouse. Love my capybaras 😊

Love the bag charms I have purchased. The 2nd order took a long time to arrive but they were all correct and the right plushies. Charlotte was good to communicate with me on any delays.

Me and my wife Love Capy-Era! We have purchased (adopted?) 10 Capy's at this point and we love them all. My personal favorite is the Demon/vampire Capy ;) They all come packaged extremely well and show up promptly. They are made very well and super comfy to hold and cuddle with. Its a nice touch when they include trading cards with super cute & fun artwork, bags, etc. 100% recommended!

Have basically almost all the plushies minus the jumbos and all I can say is that theyre sooooo cute and super soft! I definitely would recommend them if you love capybaras or just cute plushies!!
