The customer service is great and I like how quickly packages are delivered. My orders get here on time and the product is great. The capybaras are so soft and my kids love them.

My 12 year old is obsessed with these Capybara. We have 9 pairs of matched mid-size and small (handbag size - though we take off the key chain) , with more topping the Christmas list. Great value when they drop, all have arrived in great condition.

The Capy-eras are good quality and soft and snuggly. The order came when promised and customer service is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My daughter LOVES these and I love her being happy. I think we have all of the regular sized and keychain size Capys at this point and she is begging for the large ones. We'll get there one day, lol. For now though I stay tuned for all new releases and jump on them. This is a great little company that produces a solid and very cute product. I will keep ordering from them for a long time.

The quality has been wonderful every time I’ve purchased items, the speed of delivery of great (especially considering where I am in relation to them!), and the communication has always been pleasant and helpful. My friends have loved theirs as well, and I would absolutely purchase from again!

I came across this company by clicking on a Facebook link. The images on the website are very clear and I knew I wanted several when I saw them. Funds did not allow until the Black Friday sale deal was buy 2 get 3 free. I placed 3 separate orders which included 10" capybara, charms and t-shirts, all on fantastic deals. All 3 orders have been delivered in perfect condition and they all look exactly like the images on the website and the capybara are SO soft and cute and cuddly. I even had a couple of freebies thrown in with the 1st order because there was a slight delay before it was sent out. The order details link to the courier so you can track the progress of your order. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Beautiful capybaras my daughter loves them. We have placed a few orders and always been delighted with the items. Yes shipping takes a while but you always get notified. Definitely recommend

We have bought multiple items for our two capybara obsessed kids. We keep going back as the products are great. We have key chains that they proudly take to school. They also have four of the larger plushies each - including special Halloween and Christmas ones. And the kids have been overjoyed with each and love them hugely. I highly recommend.

I cannot say anything negative about Capyera. Their plushies are so adorable and unique, I already placed so many orders and I received all of them without any issues. I have put my trust in this small company from the very beginning when they first released Zeno and Zeny and it makes me happy to see how much they've grown ever since.

I know that negative reviews here claim them to be as scammers but from what I have experienced it's hard for me to imagine that they're treating their customers this poorly. I'm fairly sure Capyera is doing everything they could do to come up with a solution and satisfy everyone equally as good as possible. Unfortunately, you cannot make everyone happy. I was working in customer service for years and you always come across people that won't accept a certain solution - no matter how polite and nice you act towards them.

Also let's not forget: Are you always leaving reviews when you're completely satisfied with the service from a seller? No, right? Me neither. But after literally owning a colorful capybara plushie imperium I thought it's necessary to share my experience with others. I can't wait for new plushie releases or anything else you're planning to drop in the future.

I’ve purchased since the first drop so I have 18/19 of the plushie capybara’s. I love them all, so cute, well made and lovely colours. My only gripe is that they don’t come well wrapped. I’ve had a few get to me with a hole in bag and a damp patch on the plushie. Maybe wrap them before putting them in a packing bag? Anyway I still love and look forward to more!

I love them. Sometimes there are hiccups as order delayed but it’s understandable as they produce as they go. However they always kept me informed and replied to my emails in 2 days or so. The complaints about them
Having a bad customer service or keeping your money are pure lies. I ordered from them for months and I have almost all capybaras. The quality is amazing, they are so cute and detailed, the eyes, the nose. They come with a little card too. As I mentioned sometimes just have to have a bit of patience as there can be delays to deliver but they always respond emails and would not keep anybody’s money without sending the order. Give them a chance and buy some cappies and you won’t regret, in fact you will be addicted.

I have bought four capybaras from here. The strawberry, the blueberry, the angel and the devil one. They are cute and fluffy. Very soft and nice to cuddle. I think they're a great gift if you have someone in your life who loves capybaras. My sister loves the ones I have given to her.

Ordered twice from here and very happy both times! There was a slight delay with my first order and I had emails keeping me updated all the way and got a voucher code to use the next time 😊 The plushies themselves are super soft and fluffy, I have keychains and normal plushies and I love them all! :-)
