I was pleasantly surprised! Shipped to Italy, they were dispatched after just a couple days and arrived within a week of shipping. The quality is very nice I’m very happy! Wish there were more reviews, I was hesitant, but I’m very happy it worked out!

1st order stuck in customs for over 30 days, emailed their customer service. Response was really quick and a replacement order was sent out for me. Arrived today and they are adorable. My kids will love them.

I love capyera.com. I started out with 0 capybaras and now I have 10. They are well made and very much accurate to the pictures on the website. I’ve had no issues when I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves capybaras and loves cute plushies

I placed an order worth £25 over two months ago and still haven’t received anything.
The tracking shows the parcel was delivered, but to a completely different address – I even have photo proof and a message from the courier confirming this.
When I contacted the store, I was met with excuses and delays over and over again.
No proper customer support, no refund, and no responsibility taken.
It feels like once they get your money, they simply stop caring.
This was my first and last order with this company.
Avoid wasting your time and money here – there are many more honest sellers out there who actually care about their customers.

I received a sweatshirt as a gift from my family and it came defective. It looked like it had been sliced with a box cutter. Poor communication, I even sent pictures of the defective product and still nothing. They said they would keep me updated but I've had to prompt them almost every time. I feel like they stole my money and do not care for customer satisfaction at all. Don't purchase from this company.

It took over 2 weeks to get my cappys but they showed up and are great. They are great quality and extremely soft. When I had a question, they emailed me back within 1 business day. Overall I had a great experience and will get more cappys in the future ;)

Worried by the lack of reviews, but was absolutely fine. Communication was good throughout. They took a couple of weeks to arrive as coming from China, but this was advertised from the start, and there was accurate shipping at each stage. The two plush capybaras were good quality and I am very happy!

I've read people's reviews & I took a chance. It took a while for delivery (2weeks) but my capyera's (bara's) arrived. They're quite plush too.

Got the oversized hoody and whilst it looks nice and is comfy it fits so poorly. I’m only 5’10 and yet it’s way too short in the general length and arm length.

I also got a t-shirt on the same side and it’s basically a tent.

Plushies are nice though.

But for the price the charge there are better options elsewhere.

Bought 2 capy online, spent over $60 on them + shipping and it won’t deliver to my house. I think it’s a scam website that banks on you not caring and forgetting to charge back. Let’s see if they issue me a refund like I asked (getting close to 30 days now). Bought from official capy-era website. Ruined a would be gift.

Edit: customer service won’t issue me a refund even though it’s within 30 days(advertised on their website). I still have not received the package. They don’t keep you updated like they say, but at least they’re answering my emails saying I won’t get a refund

I was a bit dubious and only ordered them based on the reviews here. They're perfect and so soft. I'm obsessed with Capybara's and these are perfect.

My daughter is obsessed with Capybaras. I saw a ad on Facebook and was a little unsure but I'm so glad I went ahead.
Bought a hoodie and came with a free plushy! The hoodie is so cute and really good quality, I was so suprised at how good it actually is and sizing is perfect.
The plush capybara is also so soft and cute 😍. My daughter is going to love them.
Shipping did worry me a little, I bought on the 1st may, however it is coming from China so 10 days from ordering to delivery isn't that bad at all. Arrived just in time for her birthday.

If I could put zero I would. I have ordered 2 hoodies a month ago. Not only they haven’t arrived a month later but there has been 0 communication from the seller. Their shipping company keeps telling me I will have my order in 1-3 days, 2 weeks now. I even tried to contact Capyera directly via their contact form on their website asking about my order but they never replied or contacted me. I paid more than 100euros and ordered the hoodies as a gift. They just ruined it for me. Ruined the gift, created a lot of stress with their non existent communication. I just want my money back but they do not reply. Scam company do not buy anything from there. They just want your money and they don’t care.

I've dealt with a lot of stress these past few weeks over shady websites delivering late gifts and damaged products. This company was NOT one of them. Their stuffed animals are ADORABLE, they're so soft and kept together well. My package arrived in the time frame they said it would, and they did a good job keeping me updated along the way. Will be buying again, these are just so just and perfect gifts!
