I’m happy to change this review and not write about what’s happened if Caradok can actually get back to me.

Order placed 6th April, no delivery, no shipment notification, no response whatsoever.

Placed an order on 3 April & have received no update. Have chased via their email, the website chat (that is not responsive), their phone number, which diverts to a mobile number which goes to voicemail where the mailbox is full. No response at all which is shocking, I have no confidence in ever receiving the order which thankfully is only minimal value. Like others I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Hi, i placed an order on 24/03 and still have not heard from Caradok, I have chased via their website email, the website chat (that is not responsive), their phone number and emailed directly. No response at all which is shocking.

As others have written no e mails answered and no goods delivered DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it is appalling service .How does 61% of reviewers giving 1 star constitute most customers are happy??

Ordered goods on 1st March and my emails not answered. Several phone calls when I’ve been told goods just going through QC telephoned yesterday told goods would be dispatched for delivery today and I’ve had nothing. Lack of communication is appalling and no apology for lateness.

Great service, and very responsive in dealing with an issue before dispatch. The bulbs were well packaged and exactly as required. The only downside is that I can now see my face clearly in the mirror.

Struggling to find the right bulb for our antique lamp but was delighted to find the bulb on the Caradok website.
The ordering was easy and very straightforward, and the price was such a pleasant surprise that we bought ten!
Delivered with plenty of wrapping so no broken bulbs.
Absolutely delighted.

Since writing this review I have more to add, I have now tried all 3 light bulbs and each one blew as soon as connected. The 1st one tripped my electrics, I tried one in my up-lighter lamp and it blew and also blew the fuse in the plug so all 3 were useless. I wish I'd read the reviews of this company before I'd ordered. I would now like a complete refund so am awaiting a reply to this review. Look forward to hearing from you.

Ordered two cooker hood bulbs from Caradok. I didn't get any email receipt from them and read some of the online reviews and was a bit dubious as to whether they would arrive. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived and nicely packaged. I would definitely use you again. Thanks.

Awful. Don’t respond to emails. Order made last month and still nothing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought an extension lead from the company and they didn't sent it. I tried to contact them three times, they responded after a second email and told me that it would be send in a few days. After past that time I tried to contact them again and they didn't even respond my email.

Excellent responsible, careful and informed service. I needed an unusual brand of bulb that is hard to obtain, but I was not able to identify the make or size of the sample I have in my possession. A representative I spoke with on the phone managed to confirm the identity after careful research - and he sent me several replacements most efficiently. Very professional and reliable all round.

Purchased 5 new light bulbs, tried three and one blew, tried another and it blew,not tried last one. these are not fit for purpose but sent three emails and one computer message to sales but no reply. wont sent returns label and if I post don,t think they will refund.
Would never use again
