finally arrived today bit of a long wait but great quality and great price will use again

The review would have been a 2/3 as the bulbs originally dispatched weren’t correct.
However after a phone call with the very helpful Leanne and a freepost return resulted in the correct product being dispatched very quickly (not a stock product required special supply from Osram).

Ordering process & delivery are great, sadly 2 of the 7 lightbulbs I received do not work. Lets see how they handle the problem

The bulbs came well packed and good condition.
They will be used for our lumie arabica SAD light.

The helpfulness of people at The Lamp Company. e.g. Martin who explained the measuring of the bulbs when I ordered one that was too small.
The correct size have now arrived and the small one will now be returned for reimbursement which was freely offered on 28/10/25

It took a few days to get notification of my order being shipped but once I queried the status I received an immediate response and received my order within a day or so.

Very good product, very acceptable price and delivered as promised.

Although the company was unable to fulfil my order (I knew the fluorescent tube had been discontinued), Leanne in customer services was very helpful. She responded very promptly and suggested an alternative product.

I should have done a bit of research. It turns out the bulb I wanted is ludicrously expensive at Easy Light Bulbs and it was painfully slow to be dispatched, never mind delivered. Can buy the same thing on Amazon for a quarter of the price with guaranteed next day delivery.

I needed some 12v lamps with BC caps for a work project which are normally quite hard to find but Easy Light Bulbs had them in stock, but best of all I had an email from them straight away from Leanne checking my order was correct and not for a mains voltage installation.
It was so refreshing to deal with prompt professional service, it’s something which is in short supply these days.

Unfortunately the 3 strip light bulbs were too long for our fitment, our lights were fitted over 20 years ago so the style has probably changed but we cannot use the ones we ordered. We should have checked the length before we ordered.
