I enjoyed being a part of Cara's two-day Neurodivergent training program for children and teens. I attended online, partly live at the time and partly as a recording due to the time differences from the UK to Australia which was just as effective to listen to in my own time. My big take away is the understanding that “We’re not trying to fix kids, we’re giving them tools to feel understood, seen, and empowered—just as they are.” Cara shared that message loud and clear with so much more knowledge inbetween. I'm so glad I said yes to this training broadening my understanding ad knowledge so much more. As a clinical hypnotherapist I can now confidently incorporate my learnings into my sessions when working with children, teens and also adults as in the end the children are our future adults. Thank you so much Cara.

Just spent 2 days this weekend training in the specialist subject of Neurodiversity. What a super person, Mom and expert in this field. Cara's delivery has been exceptional and the case studies to work on really got us thinking like therapists in the room and at home, supporting children, teens and their parents. I visited Cara with my 10-year-old daughter, hoping she could help with her ongoing challenges with swimming. After nearly three years of swimming lessons without much progress and feeling stuck, we decided to take the next step and try hypnotherapy, though naturally we were quite sceptical at first.

To our amazement, after just one session, our daughter was able to fully submerge herself in the water for the very first time—a milestone we never thought we’d see! It was truly incredible to witness. Since then, Cara has continued to work with her, helping to build her confidence and resilience, and the progress has been great.

We are so grateful for Cara’s input and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective support. She has made such a difference for our daughters outlook on swimming and we feel we have finally turned a corner.

Was very apprehensive to begin with but you are very quickly put at ease, Cara is very easy to speak to, very knowledgeable, and I received lots of different audios to practice at my leisure. I have benefited in so many other ways, not only for the initial problem I was seeking help with, but also with other problems

Cara did a presentation on NeuroDivergence to our group and brought a lot of detailed information on both ADHD and Autism, with facts, comparisons, and personal experiences. The most shocking aspects is to hear 173,000 children are on long waiting lists in the UK to be tested or get services for just ADHD and Autism alone. Thank you for opening our eyes.

Absolutely fantastic workshop. Cara’s knowledge on these subjects is amazing. Her story highlights how important it is for us all to become familiar with neurodivergence in our line of work. Highly recommended.

Cara gave a great presentation on Neuro Diversity to fellow hypnotherapists. We learnt about the different characteristics for ADHD and Autism. With good case studies for what the best methods for treatment would be and different techniques to include. Well done Cara. :)

Cara did an informative talk to a group of fellow hypnotherapists, and passed on her knowledge of how to help clients who identify as neurodivergente. She had some great insites into this. I have been seeing Cara for quite a while now. Cara has helped me through lowest points of my life, but still has always been there to check up on me even when I am doing okay. Cara and I have created such a great bond, I feel like I can tell her absolutely anything in the world and I know she’d have my back on it and support me no matter what. Cara has helped me so much to the point where I feel completely okay for the first time in a long time, her skills in her hypnotherapy are unlike anything I have ever seen and heard about she knows exactly what to do to help with any struggles that you are having, and will always end up making you feel at ease within a matter of minutes.

Cara is honestly my hero 😂
