I ordered a part for my caravan. It appeared to be incomplete, however the missing part was in fact a totally separate item, this was a joint mistake. However Mark from the company ide tufied the problem and sent me the part the next day. Fabulous service from an honest company would recommend to all.
This will be the second awning I have bought from Renishaw, based on my first excellent experience with Mark, I decided that they were my first choice for my second purchase.

Ordered on line a grill. Then told it was not post free but should of been £10 delivery. Ok they said they would do it for £5 but web site was wrong. Otherwise prompt service and great product.
