Terrible service
Have waited 5wks for WiFi, 4 email no reply, received a gifgaf card but no unit or receiver.
Stay away from them. Would definitely not recommend.

I have a static caravan with no wifi access
Ihave a static caravan with no mobile telephone availabilty.The caravan site does not have wifi. The amplified antenna / hub combination allows me wifi access for all my devices. The system was easy to intall .
Bad customer service
Wanted to return as it did not work in my location, told me they would check the signal in my location but never got back to me and then it was too late to return.
Really pleased with the service

Ordered a router & paid.
Week later nothing so I got the phone number, never replied to my calls.
Emailed, they replied saying will be delivered by royal mail Tuesday, nothing. Emailed again, replied saying having logistics problems & getting chips.
I emailed again saying want money back to get one from someone that has stock.
Next day they sent me a royal mail tracking number. 2 days later it arrived but didn't work so I returned it & opened a case via PayPal. Caravan things replied saying opening a case was not within their terms etc, I replied its within my consumer right. They then asked me to close the case as router now fixed, I agreed when I get it back. Got it back 2 days later, all lights on to indicate all OK, couldn't try it for a while so closed paypal case. Big mistake!!
When I did try it it didn't work.
I asked for a refund, no reply, asked for refund again by a certain date, no reply. Returned item with letter asking for refund, please do not ignore, no reply, emailed again as I knew the item had been returned & signed for, no reply.
I have now put the matter in my solicitors hands & get a court order which they won't have received as yet.

I ordered on 15th June was told the delivery woukd be within 3-4 days. When I finally got hold of them, my order hasn't even been processed. I am.now waiting for a refund!
There is no contact telephone number either and they are really difficult to get hold of.

Still waiting for information on my order.
I ordered my item on the 30/5/22 from Caravan things, I got no information on delivery so I tried to contact them through their chat (this is the only contact) many attempts to contact them, once they replied on chat asking for my order no, I sent it straight away, no reply, continued to try and contact them and eventually on the 6/6/22 they said sorry there is a delay from the manufacturer, that was it, £250 and I still have no clue as to when my order will arrive, disgusting customer support, if you can call it that.
