G+B autos were attentive and supportive throughout the claim process drawing on their experience to advise on the best way forward. They provided me with a free courtesy car and the work was done on time and to a very high standard. It was a also a nice surprise that my car had been fully valeted when it was returned to me. It felt like a new car. Thanks.

Managed to rip my passenger door handle off when weather was bad and door frozen shut. Was unsure whether handle broken or simply needed fitted back in so wanted an expert to take a look. Took it to the guys at G&B who kindly fitted handle back into door within minutes with no charge. Such a star - had been having real difficultly as unable to get toddler easily in and out of car seat on that side. Would highly recommend!

Was passed onto G&B repairs after someone ran into the back of me. The customer service from Brian &Graeme was amazing even the communication was excellent from Start to finish. They even helped me with my car seat fitting. My car looked brand new after picking it back up and there was a box of chocolates sitting on my seat for me.

Had an issue with water ingress into a VW Tiguan with a panoramic sunroof. Had difficulty finding someone to take the job on. Graham at G&B agreed but made clear at the beginning how things would work (initial inspection, no guarantee that source could be found etc.)

Amazingly they had it sorted, fixed and ready to collect within the hour. Seriously happy as I thought the car might need to be scrapped. Thanks guys - really pleased. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.
I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault and I was having trouble dealing with the third party's insurance company.

I found g&b online and gave them a call I spoke with Graham and from that moment everything went as smooth as it ever could have.

They sorted everything out for me they picked car up from my house and arranged for me to speak with innocent drivers who sorted a hire car straight away.

They kept me updated throughout the repairs to my car either by email or calling me.
I got my car back today and I'm over the moon it looks like new inside and out.

I could not rate them highly enough I have never been treated so well when dealing with car repairs.

I had a major dent at the front of my car and a couple of scrapes at the back. The lads inspected the car and explained that replacement parts were the cheapest way to go given the labour involved. Car returned a day early and looks brand new - happy days.

I recently got work carried out on my Audi from this garage and the level of work was outstanding. Graham was always in contact with me and his level of customer service was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would like to thank Graham and Brian as the standard of workmanship carried out was excellent.

Had my car in for repair and what I was told would be done to it, when Brian looked at it, was done.
When I collected the car, the paintwork had been completed to a good standard and I could see the new parts that had been fitted.
The work was completed in a timely fashion, even during the current restricted situation we find ourselves in.
I hope I don't need to use a repair centre again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to G&B.

I would not recommend this place. They got pathetic attitude and it was not possible to get a repair quote from them. I made all the efforts to take my car to G&B for bodywork but they did not even bother to step out from their office to have a look at the damage on my car and just tell me the repair cost. However they were demanding £50 upfront to check my car and quote me the price however their website says “FREE Repair Quote”. I never ever come across any business who demands upfront money just for visual inspection or quotation.

After having the disappointment from G&B, I took my car to ChipsAway in Glasgow who acted like a professional. ChipsAway checked my car and quoted me the repair cost and even gave me a written quote free of charge. I got my car fixed from ChipsAway within a day. Now people can decide who is fair and professional in this business. My advice would be for others, please do not waste your money with Non-Professionals like G&B.
