What an amazing job the team at G&B repairs have done. First time I’ve ever had to get my car in for cosmetic work but they made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. The detail and finish on the work is amazing and even got a complimentary bottle of colour matched paint for my car for any future minor scratches and marks and the car was valeted before picking back up! Will be back again if needed any further work done!

Can't praise G & B high enough on the repair they carried out on my car which was more than first class, they even touched up some scratches on my car and even fixed a loose mud flap and also valeted the car including the boot.

Amazing garage, completely repaired my car, think they even cleaned the inside. Kept me up to date with what was going on and gave me advice about what normally happens with courtesy cars etc.
Also when my courtesy car arrived the hire company told G and B it was brand new with no damage. G and B went and checked it anyway since the delivery driver hadn't gave them the form to sign to say I wasn't there to collect it. When G and B checked it they noticed a small scratch so they took a photo of it and time stamped it for me so that the courtesy car company couldn't charge me for the damage. Thank you!

I was contacted promptly after notification from my insurance company of the garage selected to undertake the work and kept informed of the arrangements for repair and collection. All of the staff members I encountered during the assessment of and actual repair of my car (Cheryl, Graham and Brian) were friendly and very accommodating. Dropped by to ask if they could fix my loose bumper. They did there and then. Quoted me two hours work but only charged me for 1.5 hrs and did a lovely job. Thank you so much.

I awakened on New year's morning to find that my Audi A1 had been keyed down all panels on both sides....I was devastated at the damage that had been done as I love my car.....it really saddened me to see it like that...I had heard excellent things about G&B autos from many people and decided to hand my car to them to be fixed....when I picked up my car after the respray had been done I was over the moon.... The car had been finished to a very high standard and was sparkling both inside and out.... the job they had done was fantastic ...my car looked like brand new again (although it is actually 4 years old)....for the first time since New year's Day I could look at my car and smile again..... I had that good feeling back again when I was driving it....G&B autos offer a excellent professional service and gave me a curtosy car while mines was being fixed which was really good. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, and my repair was done in the timeframe they had said it would be....i couldn't really say enough nice things about them, I would recommend then to everyone....Because of G&B autos I can enjoy being in my car again..she looks absolutely fabulous....Debbie Kearney

From the cheerful, helpful, initial phone-call, the detailed explanation from the engineer, to picking-up my showroom standard car at the end of it’s journey, I could NOT fault these lovely people.
Absolutely 100% satisfied with their’ first class customer service. & I truly appreciated everything, they went out of their’ way, to accommodate for me.
I really like & trust this garage & I will be spreading the word to family and friends.

I went to G&B Accident Repair in a panic after someone bashed my car in the night and I needed a repair done ASAP to drive home for new year. I turned up at 2pm 1 day, they rush ordered the part needed there and then, and my car was fixed and ready to go at 1pm the next day! Lovely friendly staff and such a speedy service over the festive period means I would recommend G&B Accident Repair to anyone ... although I hopefully won't be back! Thanks so much.

A truly excellent experience all round. The whole process was made easier with great customer service from the friendly staff of Graham, Brian and Cheryl. Communication which I regard as being very important was first class. There were challenges for the the team in dealing with an unusual car, a Caterham, but they rose to the occasion and brought the car back to an as new condition !!!
