So far not looking good. But things did improve.

Edit -
I have received an email advising of delivery date and an invoice.

So far not looking good.
Have taken my money, sent me a confirmation order but no return to my calls or email requesting a VAT receipt. Both attempts at calling their reception ended in being told no one available and that they will get back to me. No return call as yet.
Possibly a scam company?

Dear Carbonlite Medical.
4.47 pm September 26th
I ordered a Norwich back pal kneeling stool £215 .40 last week on the 19th September.
A day prior to ordering I rang for information on the product. I didn't receive a returned call as promised by your call handler.
I ordered anyway and sent an email requesting a VAT invoice. That was last week.
By Wednesday this week I still hadn't received a return call, an email or an expected delivery date.
I rang your contact number again. To be once again told no-one was available to take my call and that someone would return my call.
I then checked out Trustpilot and saw you had just 2 reviews.
I left my review, as I was concerned.
In the meantime you replied to my email from the previous week.
Possibly because you saw my review come in?
I edited the review last night to show I had received contact from you.
Your customer service hasn't been brilliant to be fair.
If you replied to emails and returned customer calls as quickly as you replied to this review then the review as it stands wouldn't have been written.
I look forward to receiving the kneeling stool tomorrow.
Best wishes,
Vikki

Hi Victoria

Thank you for your feedback. We already sent you an email at 3.10 pm today informing you that your VAT invoice will be issued once the order is dispatched tomorrow. We believe you did not see the email before giving a review on trustpilot. Therefore, we will be grateful if you can reconsider your review.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Diabolocal service

Diabolocal service.
After several weeks of our team trying to make arrangements with your company to purchase an armbloc ultrasound product via our NHS trust procurement team, and asking your company to give us payment details, which your company failed to do, I finally personally purchased said product from my own budget. You company took my money, sent me an e mail thanking me for my order, to then send me a further re mail saying that the product is out of production, leaving me without the product, awaiting a refund, frustrated, and frankly quite shocked at the absolute lack of professionalism of this company.
You need to look at your customer service processes, and get your house in order.

Hi Charlotte,

We deeply apologise for the experience you have gone through. We assure you that this is not our standards, and we will take this feedback seriously.

Please note that the refund was processed on the 5th December 2019, and it takes 1 to 2 weeks for the refunds to be automatically remitted. This is generally a standard process for all companies. We have checked with the accounts and they have advised us that the refund has been confirmed and remitted. Furthermore, we have checked any emails requesting payment details, however we seem not to receive an email. Otherwise we would have advised instantly that the product is out of production.

Nonetheless, we understand your frustration, and we once again apologize for the inconvenienced caused.

Many Thanks,
Feedback Team
