Carbon Savers helped me get rid of my gas bills completely. Caolainn was a pleasure to liase with. She talked me through all the options and organised everything from rebates to site inspections to installation. I just followed prompts and was able to organise all via phone and email. Installation was quick and I’ve had no issues. I’ve enjoyed tracking solar energy storage and closing off my gas account. Rather than deal with multiple companies and traders, carbon Savers can do the lot. Caolainn made this easy and fast.

In buying my first home, I was nervous about costs involved in installing a split system. Caolainn was very supportive throughout the entire process and I felt much more at ease due to her professionalism.

I have had heat pump hotwater service and reverse cycle air conditioning installed by Carbon Savers. In both cases the process was seamless and efficient and prices were competitive. Installers were efficient and left the site clean and tidy. A more thorough explanation of the working of the air conditioner and provision of a handbook would have helped.

I had a very good and professional team at Carbone savers Jamie on the phone (Scot’s lad ) very good knows his stuff and very helpful with calls back when needed with exalant telephone maner courteous and professional then there’s the two boys who fitted it Brady and Ryan they also very good had all the knowledge they were quick and clean no drama with thease two thanks boys

We recently had a reverse duct heating and cooling pump system; plus a hot water heat pump installed by Carbon Savers. Caiolainn was the sales consultant and she was excellent!! She answered all my questioned, listened well and gave me the best price. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the service we received.

I would like to thank Caolainn from Carbon Savers for organizing the complete installation of Multi-split Air Conditioning System, All-in-one Heat Pump Hot Water System, Solar Panels and Battery. They all work well.

The whole team at carbon savers were fabulous. We got an upgraded ducted heating and cooling system as well as an upgraded electrical board. Rio from Carbon savers was a big help and support in getting the hot water system installed. They were very easy to reach out to and were happy to answer questions at all times. The communication was great. The hot water system did break down after only 2 months of use but it got replaced the very next day. The customer service team at carbon savers was very quick and easily contactable.

My interactions with Carbon Savers was the best from a company in a long while. Their fast and efficient installation on my split systems was fantastic. From my first contact with Michael Bell to finished job was only 3 days. The fellas who installed them were amazing too.
