Fake email on website I had 4 Head split system installed for over $8,000 - Gov scheme paid for $3,000 Upon completeion 1 unit didnt work and took them 3 weeks to finally respond. They kept asking for videos and photos - how do you take a video of a non-functioning split system? Finally someone comes out and the unit hadn't been connected!. Sales lady was extremely pushy
even though I had requested the Aussie Green Marks installers come another day because I was not feeling well.
The installer who changed my shower heads and door strips was somewhat, pushy.
The 2nd installer was very polite but left my home without cleaning up his mess; I was taken back.
I'd be reluctant to use Aussie Green Marks again; I felt uneasy about this experience.

Zero if I could. Regret ever letting them in the door. Currently our shower head is literally hanging and extremely dangerous especially when I shower my elderly mother. No hook was installed. We will have to pay $40 for a new hook, and that doesnt even include installation. We called and were told to email issue with pictures to them. This issue has been emailed to them with no acknowledgement or response. There is nothing environmental or green about these rouge cowboy companies trying to make a quick buck because of government subsidies and grants. Shameful scammers. Essential Services commission have been contacted. Please see google their history of complaints with the Essential Services Commissioner

Tip; say no thank you then shut the door.
Had a couple come around wanting to draft proof front door. Barely had an idea what they were doing, stuck one strip to the wrong part of the door jamb (can't take off because it pulls away the paint) then when finished I had to 'hip and shoulder' the door to get it to close so they then took it all off. What a bloody waste of time.
Apart from that, a great idea 🙄
I called this company nearly three months ago. I left details and what we required from the list. The receptionist can hardly speak English and speaks in a whisper so it is almost impossible to understand, and vice versa she hardly seemed like she understood the few times I called to chase the order. Needtherless to say I now have given up, as they keep promising someone will call to make an appointment and then no-one ever does. Does anyone check up on these dodgy companies at all?
Very unreliable company would not recommend them to any one told installer would contact me within2 weeks to arrange installation no call rang company as initial contact was 1mth ago, told someone would be out the following Monday arranged to be home again no call to say what time that morning rang the company no job booked in they don’t won’t the government energy job in my option.
Door to door girl was not pushy and tradesmen arrived on time the following morning. Pleasant, friendly and went about replacing 33 halogens with LED's. Entire job took around 45 mins and all lights checked for operation prior to their departure. My only concern is that the wattage of the globes supplied seem to be less brighter but night time usage will determine if they are worth it or otherwise.
I spoke to a subcontractor from Aussie Greenmarks yesterday afternoon. Sounded too good to be true to receive all of my old halogen lights replaced with new LED lights. This Indian man was too pushy and was unprofessional, (taking unnecessary calls during our conversation at the front door). He reassured me that it's a free service to replace all my lights under the VEC scheme. He said he's electrician will show up for the booked appointment at 9am this morning. I said im available from 9-1030am. With a no show this morning. No communication at all, I was waiting for the electrician to come at 9am. Very unprofessional to make your customers wait for an electrician who never showed up. I texted him just now, he said sorry, something must've happened to the electrician. And I said thank you for trying to provide this service. But ill be going elsewhere. This company is not customer oriented.
Pathetic customer service
I submitted a request with AussirGreenmarks to replace 14 halogen lights and 9 CFL lights. They asked me to email the pictures which I did on 20th Mar 2019. They created a job and told me that electrician will come on 23rd Mar by 4.30pm to install LED lights. No one turned up on 23rd Mar nor the electrician called me stating that he cannot come. I called Aussiegreenmarks and I came to know that they dont work on weekends.
Finally I ended up calling them on 25th Mar and told them that I was waiting and they said they are in the process of recruiting electricians and will organise someone as soon as they finished with the recruitment process.
Eventually they called back on 10/04/2019 and told me that electrician will come on 13/4 @ 9am to installed the LEDs. Today 12/4 I called them to re-confirm and provided the job number that was created in Mar 2019. The customer service staff has no information on the job about any electrician coming up and after 5 mins on hold another customer service spoke to me and she said that the electrician is fully booked and wont be coming on 13/4. If I wouldn't have called I would have been waiting for the electrician to come.
The bottom line, this company is not customer oriented and they are least bothered about the customer and the VEET scheme. I am not sure whom to escalate this to in VIC to get this addressed. Please do not call them for any service because no one will call back or let you know whats happening with your request.
Looked suspicious at first because of having the lights replaced for Free, but I was promptly guided by Aussie Greenmarks sales team. I got to avail their free led lights upgrade where they replaced 50 of my old halogen downlights to LED downlights at no cost to me. I was really surprised by the service provided which went smooth and the electrician came in and did the work professionally as expected. Thank you!
