Sanchit runs an outstanding business and from the very first contact, the process was very easy and very swift. The car arrived in mint condition and any query I had was very efficiently handled by the team. This was my first experience buying a new car and I could not have asked or wished for a better company to do with than Car Boutique and their owner Sanchit. From first interaction through to a month after purchase the level of service has been impeccable. The transaction was smooth and Sanchit ensured that this was the case. The level of customer service provided is like something I have never experienced before and something that I am entirely grateful for. The car which was purchased was in incredible condition and it replicated what the advertisement had shown, I love it. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car. The process was stress free and pleasant, right from the start with a phone call to Mr Mehta to source a car for me, all the way to the delivery day. Mr Mehta was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to source me a vehicle sooner than I expected, exactly matched my requested spec and suited my needs.
A very fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership if you like a car with particular spec but don't have time to look for it yourself. Mr Mehta is the man for you.

I am so grateful to Sanchit for all his support in helping me buy my first car. Right from my choosing and then assessing was very smooth. On a day of purchase he helped me with tax, insurance and everything that was needed to drive my car straight away from that moment. I found him to be very honest and true with all disclosures about the condition of all parts. He is quite knowledgeable about automobiles and knows very well what he is speaking. After sales with regards to things like wiper replacement was excellent. Highly recommend.

I have just bought my first car from Car Boutique LTD with Sanchit. He was honestly amazing and talked me through everything and answered all questions i had. He went above and boyond honestly.
He got my car all sorted out with the garage and had my new MOT done. I had some questions about parts of the car and he gave me updates regarding these. Whilst waiting for my car i had regular updates with the progress. He then drove the car to my house which was very helpful! Very lovely person in general and know what hes talking about. The service that I received from Car Boutique was the best service that I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle.
This is a family run business that makes you feel immediately at ease due to the transparent and friendly interactions that I have had with Head of Sales, Sanchit.
Anything that could have been an issue was identified and rectified before the sale was finalised.
Sanchit offered service above and beyond what I have received at main dealerships, including delivery to my daughter’s home in Manchester. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and where some dealers would only maintain interest until the sale was completed, Sanchit’s aftercare has remained at the highest level.
I cannot recommend Car Boutique more highly and they deserve 10 stars.
