Purchased a gift card but recipient never received it. Email sent to ask what happened. No response but a day later the card purchase was mysteriously cancelled. No explanation or reply to my email. Credit card was refunded. No idea what’s going on with this company.

I had attempted to buy 4 gift cards over the past 4 days, they had all been cancelled with no warning. The site use to be good and I had bought several gift cards for myself and these orders were successful.

Misleading Timeframes
It's not very clear that customers must allow 24 hours from the time of purchase before they can use the gift card. This detail is important, and as it stands, the message can be quite misleading for customers who might expect immediate usability.
I believe making this requirement much clearer would help avoid confusion and improve the customer experience. Perhaps highlighting this information more prominently in their communications or at the point of sale would ensure everyone understands the waiting period.
To exacerbate the issue I purchased on Saturday 28th and did receive the card until Monday 30th which was well outside their promised 24 hours. It was a birthday gift that couldn't be used the following day for its intended purpose. Had I have been aware of this in advance I would not have purchased from them as there are other options that provide a more timely service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Why is this company still allowed to operate? I wish I had of read these reviews before I purchased a $50 card yesterday morning and still waiting. After reading these reviews it sounds certain it's been flagged because of some security issue. What security issue? I paid for it out of my bank account, you took the money instantly, what security issue is there in a $50 card or a &500 card? You don't tell anyone about this mess before they pay for something they won't get for days. It's the weekend and the office is closed so people are left with no explanation if they don't recievd what they paid for until next business day. Other companies like this have 24/7 customer service but I'm beginning to wonder if this company has one at all. Only gave them one star because I had to
