This latest order took 4 weeks to…

This latest order took 4 weeks to arrive and multiple emails which was disappointing but got there in the end. I have ordered every year for 3 years now. Boxes are good but service could be improved. Just being upfront on lead times would help. Hope they read this and take note.

Delivered cancelled items and won’t refund

Items were two days late so the order was cancelled. Company proceeded to then deliver the items to an empty house and refuse to provide a refund unless I paid to have the items shipped back. Customer service said this was an okay business practice because it wasn’t illegal. Do not do business with this company.

Searched record stiffeners for 12" Album and found tehir site, they are literally cut too small for a 12" album so the sleeves will get damaged, asked for a refund and they said there is no cooling off period and that the size is mentioned, my fauly,should have checked tehir reviews first, but who supplies exactly 12" stiffeners when albums are bigger than that....

SCAM ARTISTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM ARTISTS - Ordered 500 bespoke branded boxes and paid upfront in April 2025. Advised 2 week lead time. 11 months later still no sign and just refuse to refund my order. Having to take them to small claims now to resolve. Over nearly a Year of requesting a manager/director call me back never received a single call. Wish I checked reviews before ordering. Sent me some off the shelf boxes for the delay (my email states these were free as an apology; most of which the glue came apart so unusable plus now trying to deduct these from the 500 ordered and saying not free when confirmed in writing??) None of the 500 were ever received avoid this company at all costs!!

Appalling company

Should have read the reviews first. Over 4 weeks after placing an order for two boxes, I've cancelled it. Shocking communication. No telephone number. Email replies take at least a day if not longer. Not holding my breath to even get my money back. Shocking company.

We placed an order for over £400 of boxes and they never arrived and there were no postage details or tracking. Unfortunately we didn't check their reviews first. We received no response from their so called "refund department" and had to chargeback through our bank. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs

Horrendous experience, like the many others below. You are dealing with scammers. How this company is able to continue to operate is beyond comprehension. They lure you in with the promise of quick delivery, don’t deliver on time, then ignore your communications or refer to their small print which contradicts the claims on their website when you are buying. I rejected delivery of the boxes because they arrived late and the company will not refund me. So this scam company have the boxes and my money. I have reported them to Trading Standards and seeking advice regarding a claim.

Now gone through PayPal to get my refund, this company needs closing down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

If I could give a minus review this…

If I could give a minus review this company would be the winner!! Absolutely useless. Called them on 03300020788 twice to be told it was being processed. I placed the order 3wks ago and there is supposed to be a 5 working day delivery time. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and as they can't provide a tracking number or any proof of postage, I am confident I'll receive my money back. I'm not even convinced that they sell anything!

Boxes took two weeks to arrive. Arrived in boxes that were broken. Incomplete order. Email send and replied that someone will get back but no one has. There is no telephone number to call. The boxes in the end did not get used for the baubles that Cardboardboxes advertised. I have asked for my money back. It’s now February still waiting on a reply.

AVOID - TIME WASTER

Ordered pizza boxes to be delivered to Ireland, payment all went through and been asked to wait for 2 weeks to get delivered. Waited after 1 months and emailed them, they said still waiting from delivery office to ship the item and will come back to me with tracking, waited another week, nothing happened, email them and they said the same thing! and this has been going on for 2-3 months and when ask for refund, this is business order and well pass the cooling period and they can't refund. I had to contact my band to get my money back!

Time wasted and would order from them again. I WONT TRUST THEM! Go somewhere else.

Misleading delivery windows, ghost customers when requesting refund or return, and HOW TO FILE COMPLAINTS (see below)

I ordered a bike box with 3-5 day stated delivery. They issued a dispatch notice and tracking number the next day, but 7 business days later they still hadn’t handed it over to the courier.

We called them to ask what was going on and emphasised that we needed the box to arrive within the next 2 business days. The lady who first answered the phone was mostly unhelpful, but on a second call later, the man who picked up said he’d dispatch a new box immediately with next day delivery. A further call that day took us back to the lady, who wouldn’t honour that, but did insist that our package had been dispatched and would arrive in time.

Our original tracking link then suddenly became active the next day as they finally handed it over to their courier with the original 3-5 day shipping label.

Inevitably, it did not show up in time.

I have since written to complain and ask for a refund on the basis that they failed to meet their delivery window. A warning to potential customers: they will adamantly point out that their delivery info states that delivery times are not a guarantee, and they blamed their third party courier. They ignored me pointing out that they can’t blame the courier if they won’t even dispatch within the postage window. N.B. their website implies same or next day dispatch.

They refused a refund unless I went through their returns email, so I emailed to open a case, and now all of their lines of communication have ghosted me. I can no longer get in touch with them even to lodge a return.

Don’t buy from this company.

"This company uses the offer of 3-5 day delivery with an implied offer of same or next day dispatch to entice customers to make a purchase.

Once the customer has made a purchase, they then issue a tracking number within 24 hours to create the illusion of having dispatched your order.

In my experience, and in the experience of many others as evidenced by the vast majority of Trustpilot reviews for this company, the company actually creates a shipping label but does not hand the order over to their third party courier for dispatch. They in fact take several days if not multiple weeks to give the order to the courier.

It is clear that they are using the illusion of promising a 3-5 day delivery to entice customers to complete a purchase with no intention of ever meeting that target.

Their customer service then provides no support and, if you try to request a refund or return, they will cease all communication."

Evidence you may want to attach could include a screenshot of the delivery times shown at checkout; a screenshot of the delivery information page where same/next day dispatch is implied; copies of your communications with this company; and screenshots of reviews from Trustpilot which discuss similar issues.

Hopefully this helps some of those who have had a bad experience with this company.

Unacceptable Service.

Absolutely unacceptable service.

I placed an order on 9th December which never arrived. After chasing, I was emailed on 17th January and told a refund had been passed to the “returns and refunds team”. That refund has still not been processed.

This is now weeks later, and I am still out of pocket with no goods and no refund. Communication is poor, and promises are clearly meaningless.

A refund for non-delivery should be basic customer service, not something that requires endless chasing. Judging by my experience, this company cannot be trusted to deliver orders or honour refunds.

Don‘t waste your time with this company

We’ve ordered boxes and it’s end of January and we still haven’t received them nor received a tracking number. After my first email I got a reply saying that I’ll receive a tracking within 48hrs, which did not happen. The reply to my second email was that due to weather they are experiencing difficulties and I should receive my order with the week. And that did not happen. We now have a case open with PayPal to get a refund. Don’t waist your time..

AVOID: Not reliable - Order arrived late and only after posting reviews online

❌Not reliable – absolute lack of professionalism 👎

We're moving house and decided to buy from a small local business instead of a large company. They promised delivery would take 5 days.
After placing the order, we received a tracking link that didn't work. We emailed them about this but didn't even receive information about which courier was being used. Eventually, we managed to find a tracking number and had to try several courier websites at random until we discovered it was Yodel.
Today, 7 days after placing the order, the tracking information shows that the courier still does not have the items. What have they done with our money and our boxes during this time?
I will update this review with news in the upcoming days, but so far I would avoid this company at all costs. Because of their lack of responsibility, we have had to postpone packing and this adding more stress to our home removal. If the boxes don't arrive by Monday (10 days after ordering!), we will purchase boxes elsewhere and request a refund.

UPDATE (24/01/2026)
I have now received my boxes. It appears that ONLY AFTER posting my opinion on Facebook and Trustpilot did they rush to send a next-day delivery. I received the boxes and the rest of my order today, 8 days after placing it.
I am pasting the parcel’s tracking history below to demonstrate this. Note that the order status did not update at all after the 16th (when I placed the order) until yesterday 23rd at 22:08 — five hours after I posted my online reviews.

It is disappointing to realise that contacting the company directly by email had no effect whatsoever, and that only public reviews prompted them to act and do their job.
The boxes are good quality and all itmes in the order are there.

Deceitful company

Deceitful company. Delivery times completely wrong.
