Ryan went above and beyond after realising I lived in Northern Ireland. He did all the research and paperwork, prices etc
It was a lot of extra work. No other company offered to assist me.

When you're in need of a hassle-free experience, the customer service here is top-notch. The coffin was stunning and delivered within two days. I ordered three acorn cremation urns of three different colours when planning future burials of my family at a green eco cemetery near us. The company immediately let me know there had been a slight delay with one of the colours but it had been resolved and they would be delivered within 5 days. They arrived as promised, carefully packed, and I was so pleased with them. They are exactly as shown in the advertisement. A unique and wonderful product.

The bamboo casket we purchased from the Cardboard Coffin company proved to be well made, aesthetically pleasing and was very good value for money. Following my initial contact with the Cardboard Coffin Co. I was sent by email a full comprehensive account of how a cardboard coffin is made and all that entails. This was so informative l decided it would be my ideal choice. All further contact was with Ryan Pope. He made the process of my choice of coffin (very pretty butterflies) so easy with kindness and constant attention to any queries that I had.
I live in the Isle of Man and Ryan also arranged shipping to the Undertakers here which was very speedy.
No way am I ready to pop off just yet but as I live alone I wanted to ease the onus on my appointed Executor.
Knowing that is now done is of great comfort to me.

Amazing customer service at a time when you need things to be as stress free as possible. The coffin was absolutely beautiful and arrived with 48 hours. I was kept updated every step of the way. It also was good to know that by choosing such a beautiful coffin we was also saving the environment as well. I couldn’t fault this company. I never leave reviews but had to in this case - credit where credits is due. 100% would recommend.

My Funeral Director told us at short notice that they could not source a coffin and that we needed to find one as a family.

Firstly, 5 stars on Trustpilot are not enough stars for The Cardboard Coffin Company. A very efficient, friendly and speedy service from start to finish, we wish all online shopping could be this easy. Initially we were going to have a Cardboard Coffin for my Dearly Departed 101 year old Mum but instead we purchased one of Chris’s Beautiful Bamboo Baskets for my Mum. We had it delivered to our home so we could practice a few decorating ideas; we decided on ivy and white chrysanthemums. The basket looked perfect, my Mum would have been delighted. She was keen (as are we) on looking after the planet so the basket fitted the bill. We would highly recommend Chris and his Cardboard Coffin Company who also does Bamboo too. The price was right and as stated on the website the price you see is the price you pay with delivery included. Everything was easy which is just what you need when you’re at the very start of losing a dearly loved one. Thank you Chris
