Exceptional customer service. Bamboo coffin delivered within 48 hours to funeral director, as requested. E-mail queries were answered within hours. Even a follow up to check it had arrived and was to our satisfaction. Would certainly use this company again and recommend.

I purchased a bamboo coffin. I was able to decorate it with faux flowers very easily. The Funeral Director was happy and it did the necessary job.
I had several questions before placing my order and Chris was very helpful in answering them all very comprehensively. He kept me updated with the delivery and all went smoothly.
Keeping costs down was an important factor to me and buying from Cardboard Coffin Company was significantly cheaper than buying from the Funeral Director for the same product.
I'm not knocking cardboard, but I didn't want to stick my mum in a cardboard box, even though that's what she had always said I should do!
Despite the circumstances I was very pleased.

Very easy ordering process from the selection pictured on the website.The coffin was delivered to our undertakers the next day - they were only too happy to use CCC. The coffin itself ( lightwood grain ) was very attractive and not at all cheap looking and not at all flimsy and easily took the weight of my dad. It also emits far fewer particulates on cremation which was a plus for us. The price was excellent with no hidden extras and, as my dad was a woodwork teacher, it avoided burning good wood needlessly. All round easy, stress free experience at a difficult time. Five stars.

An excellent service from the cardboard coffin company, Chris kept us imformed all the way and the coffin arrived the following day. Ordered the basic white coffin so everyone could write a message or stick a picture to it. With free delivery and all accessories included, and cheaper than other websites it was hassle free.

I was looking for an eco friendly coffin and came across this company. After reading the reviews (this is the first time I have had to order a coffin so felt a little bit lost), I ordered the daffodil picture one.
It is absolutely beautiful. It was delivered direct to the funeral home and they were also very impressed, not only with the product but with the packaging.
Chris was excellent, keeping me up to date throughout, from point of order to delivery then making sure I was happy with the product.

Easy, simple, no hassle. Just ordered the coffin I needed - basic model. Looked exactly like the picture. Came with some screws if needed to hold the lid on if windy (not needed in my case), a white card and a strip of wood that could be used as a name plate. I ordered before 1pm and it arrived the next day. postage was in the price. Chris sent an email confirming delivery sent. I had tried another site but there was add ons if you wanted handles etc. This site was stress free.thank you

I found the Cardboard Coffin Company online and liked their no nonsense attitude.
I ordered the coffin just prior to Easter and although it couldn’t be delivered on the next day, I was immediately advised of the delay and it was delivered on Easter Tuesday. It was extremely well packaged and is as advertised and for a very reasonable price. I will recommend them to friends.

I bought a bamboo casket from the Cardboard Coffin Company for my mother’s funeral earlier this year. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Chris and the casket was perfect and very good quality. Chris kept me informed of when the coffin had been dispatched right up to when he received notification that it had been delivered to our funeral director. We saved around £500 by purchasing from the Cardboard Coffin Company rather than using our funeral director’s preferred supplier. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.
