Great discount!!!

Beware Completely Fraudulent

I sold a gift card, proceeds to be direct deposit. After 5 days the emails started, saying my account or routing info was incorrect so they could not process payment. I have made several attempts to contact them both by phone and email with no response. I believe I was cheated and taken advantage of.
I am contacting the BBB to report their felonious activity.

BEWARE

I sold two gift cards to them for my mother. We checked balances before mailing the cards in. Both cards had $100 balance. They claimed that one of the cards had a zero balance and only gave us half of the funds owed. Beware and only send them your gift cards if you're ok with not being compensated.
Edited to add: This situation was rectified six days after my review. I still probably won't utilize this service in the future because it's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Don’t do it!!

Don’t do it! There is nothing stopping the previous owner of these cards from using it after they’ve sold it to CardCash.

I thought CardCash would have issued a secure pin to protect the purchaser from fraud but instead I got a 10% discount on something valued at $0. If you do buy from this app, use the card before the guarantee is up because they literally just provide you with the same pin and number the previous owner of the gift card had. So, when the crook who sold it to them turns around and uses it, CardCash washes their hands of you completely. Not their problem they say. I went to use a $50 gift card I had bought less than two months ago and it was already used. No recourse. Instead of investigating the matter, customer service starts telling you right off how you have no rights after the guarantee period. Sketchy business model to say the least.

My purchases were "flagged for fraud" and no one would help me without a different phone number than the one I was calling with or a secondary email. Somehow they aren't smart enough to figure it out with the only phone number I have. Don't waste your time with this business.

SCAM

SCAM! STAY AWAY! Made sure all cards had money before inserting in site. Put 3 cards in just for an error message at the end to get cash. Tried again later same thing. Weeks go by I think it’s not working so I say hey might as well try to use the cards now. ALL LEFT WITH A ZERO BALANCE.

Giftcard from CardCash arrived with $0 balance

I bought a giftcard from CardCash for $75. The card arrived with $0 balance. I've emailed them several times. They opened a case and said the credit would be back on the card in 7 business days-which has already passed. The money was never credited on the card. Called them and spoke with a very rude person. He said I'll have to wait. My next recourse will be my creditcard.

This company is a HUGE scam

This company is a HUGE scam. Don’t sell or buy anything from them. I sent in a card to be purchased on December 31st and it’s now January 26th, claiming they haven’t received it and then you contact customer service and you feel like your speaking to someone sitting in their underwear scamming people from Indonesia lol. What a joke company. Enjoy my $100 you pieces of SHIT 💩

Was very skeptical but it was a very smooth transaction 👍💯got paid or the money the day after . Which I did use PayPal but from a 150 gift card to 125 after said an done I don't think I can complain. I know everyone has to make money but was it worth it to me yes, so the real question is , is it worth it to you ? I have physical gift cards directly from ticketmaster that they say are unsafe for the website to buy, but are willing to post them for everyone else to buy and take the risk as long as they get there x% on the sale.

Update; They have now been accepted individually.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews are fake for this company. I sent in a several hundred dollar gift card with the promise of 80% back in cash. The company asks for the gift card info and pin online as well as requiring you to send in the physical card. Tracking showed my gift card was delivered to the provided address in NJ, but each day I checked and my status showed “pending/waiting for gift card to be received”. I gave the company about 2 weeks before I contacted them about an update. First, they stated that the team was “backed up” in processing orders because of a high amount of orders from the holidays. Website never mentioned anything about delays because of high numbers of orders processing. Fast forward another two weeks and they still deny having my gift card. My advice - don’t even try to work with this company. Keep your gift cards or gift them to friends. Sell them yourself or whatever. If you try to use this company, it is very likely that you will completely lose out on all of your money and the time and hassle just isn’t worth it. They are a SCAM and need to go out of business.
