Had a couple e-gift cards I'd rather have cash instead of - tried it out this morning, and they were both accepted and I was paid within a couple hours. Went with PayPal payment and it has already arrived. I can't say every transaction will be this fast, but mine sure was. Thanks!

I’ve used this company multiple times without any issues. The last 2 times I’ve used them my cards were flagged for “potential issues”, I called in on both occurrence's for orders I placed to sell gift cards, they send me emails for proof of origin, which I was able to provide for both on November 11th and November 17th. I was able to provide where they came from, screenshots of how I got them and for the order placed on November 11th I was even able to provide receipts. They have given me no reason to why they were declined. They offered me an amount, I accepted, and without reason, even after providing proof of everything they needed, I was still declined. I’d like to know why I was declined and for them to actually do what they said they were going to do and buy the gift cards. I’ve already started to file a complaint on the BBB. After calling in on 11/20/25 I spoke to a representative who was rude, not nice and hung up on me mid sentence. Order numbers 3794177 and 3788506

sent in (2) 100 dollar gift cards from a national business. i had no use for the cards and no family wanted them. they told me i was gonna get roughly 69.00 for each card. without even notifiying me they give me 19 dollars for one card and 26 for the other. horrible i hope no one eever uses them cause its a scam. the cards were unused. full ammount still on card. doont ever use this company id rather burn the cards then give it to these scam artist.

It was quick and easy I was able to purchase the amount I was going spend and use it that day.

Card cash has terrible customer support, I sold them a card with balance, but made a mistake on PIN number. But instead contact me, they just deduct my payment. After I reached out to them with correct pin, they took the balance from my GC but never made the payment to me , even though they promised payment been made.
I admit I did made mistake on my Pin. However after I resubmitted correctly and company sold my card within 2 days. But delayed my payment over a week, and now I’m have to wait for check.

I traded in my gift cards for a prepaid debit card and the card does not work! It is being declined by every place I attempt to use it and get the error message "declined by issuer" I spoke to support and they could not give me an answer as to what was wrong, saying they will get back to me in a couple days. The response I got back when contacted had nothing to do with my issue. This company sucks don't waste your money, gift cards, or time. Order number 3780679, you can tell how bad the company is by the comment they've left on my post. I received the cards just fine but I can't buy anything with them. The card is declined on every purchase so it's essentially useless, this company brought me nothing but stress and lost funds. They're lying as well as they have not reached out to me for more info as they claim, instead trying to sweep it under the rug. The order number I provided was correct, these guys are real scum.

Found the gift I wanted. Paid. Received the e-Gift Card quickly. Successfully applied the gift card to a purchase. All is good.

A little nervous when I first started using them, but I have used them for both Uber & Carnival gift cards, $50-$500, and they have all worked perfectly!

Two attempts to buy Carnival gift cards denied due to fraud alerts . Both are legitimate credit cards owned by me. the gist of several days of back and forth emailing these people is that they need an alternate email and my phone # to determine if it is possible for me to buy the cards. Im not stupid enough to believe that info wont be used to spam me with emails and phone calls by whoever these people sell my information to. So far there has been no response to my email asking for reassurance that my information wouldnt be sold to others.

I placed an order for $50 DoorDash gift card just to try to save $3.05. After the payment, I received the email with the PDF file attached which has the card number in it. I logged into my DoorDash account and try to redeem the gift card but it always shows "Unable to redeem gift card. Enter your gift card PIN again". I also called the DoorDash company's official customer service to check what's wrong with the this gift card I literally just purchased from CardCash.com a couple hours ago. (I would have called them right after but I purchased the gift card around 1am and the DoorDash's customer service wasn't avaiable until the morning). They told me that they tried to verify this gift card but this gift card is not found in their system. It's a invalid card number. CardCash.com is a scam! I'm trying to reach CardCash.com's customer service now. I have emailed them and I also called their number but unfortunately, it's the weekend now so I can't reach anyone. Let's see if they will get back to me through email as soon as possible and give me back the full refund! This is way too frustrating, and annoying. I recommend anyone who tries to save some bucks please do your best to avoid this website. Since, you most likely will waste a lot of your time and money. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! I NEED MY FULL REFUND!!!

This is a great program, with getting a discount off the face value of the gift card. Helps to Dave money. You do have do to a few extra steps to get all the benefits, but worth it.

Received my payment in less than 2 days was quick and easy only thing would’ve made it better if i got a better offer for my gift card. They gave me 67% of my gift card value which is ok i guess but other than that its a legit site i did my fist sell and now im on my second i will let yall know how it goes

Great experiences with cardcash, experienced multiple facets of this website and they all gave me a good experience. I sold them a physical $50 card to spafinder that I had to mail in -- was paid shortly after the company received it. I then sold them $150 in gift cards to Saks where I input the gc #s online - I was paid within minutes of entering them online. I then bought $100 in gift cards to Topgolf -- they worked great the next day, and saved me 25%. I then bought another round of $120 gift cards to Topgolf --Unfortunately these had an issue, these showed as zero at the Topgolf vendor. I filled out their form to request a refund, and I was refunded on this the next business day (the request was made on a Friday, I recieved refund on a Monday).

It’s a no-brainer!!! You have discounted gift cards for places I shop!!! What’s NOT to love???? Everyone loves a bargain!!! I’ve never had any issues with your cards and I’ve been a customer for years!!!
