We had our father's service here and I got to admit it was beautiful.
Was treated with the upmost respect and empathy and the church was beautiful and surroundings also.
So glad my father's service was here.

As a family we are exceptionally grateful for the professionalism & kindness shown. The surroundings of Cardiff & Glamorgan memorial Park are beautifully kept and is located in such a calming and peaceful environment.
Even though there was another funeral soon after us, we never felt rushed or pressured to leave.
Thank you to everyone.

Everything was great, the only problem was sitting in front row, we were unable to see Dads picture, above the curtains.

Given the restrictions due to Covaid I feel we were given the best opportunity to celebrate my son’s life with friends and family social distancing outside the chapel . I was very grateful that there were loud speakers relating the service and friends and family were able to hear it very clearly.
Staff were very compassionate and understanding from our first contact - thank you .

We decided in the current circumstances to only have a service at the crematorium but we were a bit worried that it would be cold and not at all like a church service. We could not have been more wrong, everything was do lovely and was a great comfort to us having to have a service at such a strange time. Thank you so much for your attention to detail

My mother’s funeral, Friday 26 June, driving in it was so tranquil and pretty, no problems parking ,covid 19 so limited guests, the place is so informal, the music and sound was lovely , felt so relaxed,as I know my mother would have been pleased that this was our last goodbye to her service done by Barry Hawkins ,thank you, funeral Director huw Parkman, caring, supportive, thankyou I live in Swansea and on the Sunday I realised that I would have loved photos of the floral tributes ,I emailed them asking if possible they could take photos as I could not get back up there , first thing Monday morning email from Claire and photos where they had been placed, Claire thank you so much ,that meant so much to me . There is no place in Swansea that I know of that is like this crematorium and not rushed like Swansea you have an hour ,35 minutes service from 1pm then the next service is 2pm ,and that made a big difference, the photos say it all x

We had the funeral during the covoid pandemic. But we were made to feel well cared for at Glamorgan Memorial Park. Many thanks for making the service go so well. Staff were very thoughtful. The grounds were beautiful and the drive down through the wild meadows was just a lovely experience before the funeral. Many thanks.

Good service. Thank you. Pre-recorded hymns rather slow. Otherwise all fine.

Given the very difficult circumstances in which our thanksgiving service was held, it could not have been better. The whole area, inside and outside, was beautifully clean and tidy, simple and dignified. The video link was much appreciated by family in Australia and Swansea. The only disappointment was my 98 year old father was not allowed to touch his wife's coffin - however, this was not the fault of the Crematorium but a result of the pandemic guidelines.

The funeral service was efficient, sympathetic and well organised bearing in mind the circumstances relating to Coronavirus.

Very smooth, everything explained along the way. Check in phone calls after funeral showing care, interest and concern.

Only 1 disappointment was not being ask if I wanted service recorded. I would like to hear again to digest as on the day it’s too upsetting And overwhelming to take it all in.

Pleasant and beautifully situated location. The chapel is tasteful with a stunning view onto the countryside. Even under the recent Covid restrictions we managed to have a beautiful little service that my father would have been proud of. Thank you.

A very important day conducted with care and professionalism

I couldn't fault any part of the funeral.There were a number if diverse people attending but the way things were done seemed to please everyone.
I found no fault at all so a big thank you to Ely Funeralcare, Summers and the staff at the Crematorium.

The service we received was amazing , very friendly and personal. We have held mum and dads service here and cannot fault it . Michelle and Claire helped to support dad in a way I never would have expected after we lost mum. Steve and John were also very kind to dad and always took the time to have a chat . They keep the gardens beautiful , a stunning place to to lay your family and friends to rest . My dad was very fond of you all . A big thank you from us all . Tracey Williams
